Welcome to our modern and family-friendly 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom mountain townhouse located right near “Canyons at Park City”, now the largest ski resort in the United States. With modern upgrades, comfortable beds and many extra amenities throughout, this 2,250 square foot home is perfect for families, weekend travelers, golf vacations, couples traveling together and fun winter ski trips. Enjoy a main level walk-in with a large and open great room with 50” HDTV with Direct TV, gas fireplace, high ceilings, formal dining room and gourmet kitchen finished with tile floors, newly upgraded granite counters and backsplash, and a complete range of stainless steel appliances.

Property Features and Sleeping Configuration:

• Spacious and open floor plan features comfortable plush furnishings, mountain decor, large HDTV with Direct TV, gas fireplace and like all our properties, this home is also equipped with Wi-Fi.

• Gourmet kitchen comes fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, stunning hardwood cabinetry, granite counters, lots of storage, access to your outdoor deck and spacious kitchen island with bar stool seating for up to three (3) people.

• Formal dining area with that accommodates eight (8) people, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

• Master bedroom (1) (sleeps 2) - queen-size bed, hardwood bed set (frame, dresser, nightstands), walk-in and en suite bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (2) (sleeps 2) - queen-size bed, dresser, vaulted ceilings and updated en suite bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (3) (sleeps 2) - one bunk bed with a twin bed on the top and a full size bed on the bottom, dresser and shared bathroom.

• Guest bedroom (4) (sleeps 2) - two twin size beds, closet, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan and shared bathroom.

• This home also offers a private Jacuzzi hot tub on a private outdoor covered deck.

• In unit washing machine and clothes dryer.

The main floor is tastefully decorated with a mountain theme and comfortably furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. As you enter the home, you will notice the front door foyer, opens up large family living room, the gourmet kitchen toward the back and open dining room, which is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room features all the furnishings and technology you could want including large plush couches, gas fireplace and 50” HDTV with Direct TV. The home is also fully equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can remain social or work while visiting Park City.

From the family room, head into the chef's kitchen, which really is the center of the home and features a complete range of stainless steel appliances including a gas stove, French-door fridge, dishwasher, microwave and other small household appliances. The light brown oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. There is tons of counter space to prepare and serve friends & family and the counters are also nicely finished in a stone-colored granite stone. The kitchen also features a kitchen island, which further extends the prep and entertainment space and also has a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for three (3) people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining room, which provide formal seating for eight (8) people comfortably.

From the back door, just off the kitchen, head outside to your first outdoor space and private balcony / deck. This balcony is also where the home’s private Jacuzzi hot tub is situated and has slightly higher deck fencing to make the hot tub more secluded.

Head upstairs to the second floor landing where to bedrooms are situated. The first and master bedroom (1) is equipped with a queen size bed with comfortable linens and bedding, beautiful hardwood bedroom set (bed frame, night stands, dresser), walk-in closet, ceiling fan and en suite bathroom. The room is beautifully accented by the vaulted ceilings and oversized windows. The master bathroom (1) is large in size and features a large walk-in glass shower, extra long vanity with a his and hers sink, granite counter tops and stainless steel finishes.

The second bedroom (2) has a queen size bed with hardwood bed frame, bedroom dresser, nightstands with lamps, large closet, and vaulted ceilings.

The third bedroom (3) has a custom log pole bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin size bed on the top bunk. The bedroom also has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, large dresser and closet.

The third bathroom is shared between the other 3 bedrooms and features an extra long granite counter with vanity, stainless steel finishes, shower and bathtub.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with two (2) twin beds, deep closet, vaulted ceilings and ceiling fan. Whatever season of the year, you'll find an abundance of recreational activities and renowned restaurants nearby in one of the most scenic areas of the country.

Storage is readily available in the home and the property as has its own 2-car garage and driveway with additional parking. The roomy private garage keeps your cars out of the snow in the winter months and cool in the hot Utah summer and also provides ample storage for all your ski and outdoor gear. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

As a Guest in the Bear Hollow Village area, you have access to the shared community Clubhouse. The Clubhouse Pool and BBQ area is open every year for the spring/summer season; nominal open times are mid May until mid September. The hot tub is open all year, weather permitting. Pool & Hot Tub Hours: 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Bear Hollow 4 Bedroom at Canyons

My family enjoyed our getaway to Park City. We were there for 2 nights over the UEA weekend. The place was nice and the check-in was easy and everything worked great. The place was very clean. The only issue we had with the place was that we thought there was going to be a King Bed and there was not. If one of the beds was a King, it would of been the smallest King I have ever seen. Plus the beds were very uncomfortable. I know that this can be a preference but none of slept very well on the beds. The hot tub was very warm and relaxing. However, when we turned the light on the hot tub on we noticed what looked like little pieces of dead skin floating around in it. Needless to say we didn't use it the 2nd night of our stay. The stay here was far better than staying at a hotel but I have had more comfortable rental homes in the past than this one.

We're very pleased to hear that our home was comfortable, well suited to your needs and wants, our operations were easy to use and that the place was nicely prepared for your arrival. We're sorry to hear that you found the beds to be uncomfortable; they are all fairly new - a couple years - so surprised to hear this. We'd like to know more about how the beds were uncomfortable, so that perhaps we can rectify the situation, so please email us with some more feedback if you can. Our hot tubs are primarily managed by one team and I have so say that we were shocked to hear your feedback. They are inspected and maintained weekly when the home is vacant and 2x a week when Guests are on-site, so I'd like to assure you they are well cared for like the home. Had we known this during your stay, we would have happily sent our team out there to rectify the situation, so when you visit next, please don't hesitate to contact us. Hot tub ph can be easily affected by just going in once or by one person, so that's part of the reason why we inspect 2x with Guests in-house. Thank you again for your business and feedback.
