Welcome to our beautiful and completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top-floor Park City condo, just minutes from "Canyons at Park City" and other world class skiing destinations. This spacious and open property features a stunning gourmet kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes; two master bedroom suites, each with their own master bathroom; large family room with entertainment center and vaulted cathedral ceilings. Situated on the top floor, we have spectacular mountain views throughout, but especially from our private balcony, which faces the Park City Wasatch Mountains.

Unique Property Features:

• Open concept living room, formal dining area and gourmet kitchen.

• Comfortable living room features plush couches, large HDTV, entertainment center, access to your private balcony and beautiful mountain views. The love seat also folds out and can act as a bed for one (sleeps 1) additional person.

• Gourmet chef's kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four (4) and is complete with dishes, cookware and flatware.

• Master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2), lounge furniture, flatscreen TV, closet, private en suite bathroom.

• Guest bedroom features a queen size bed (sleeps 2), brand-new bunk bed (sleeps 2), dresser, closet and private en suite bathroom.

• Amenities include the outdoor seasonal pool, three (3) outdoor hot tubs / therapy pools, fitness center and tons of outdoor space to enjoy.

• Underground parking is available - making it convenient year-round.

Once you enter the property, you will immediately feel at home in Park City! The condo is nicely finished with hard wood floors, stainless steel appliances, comfortable living furnishings and mountain views all around. The living room features a brand-new 45" HDTV with full entertainment center, offers access to your private mountain facing balcony and has a gas fireplace, which awaits your return each day from a fun day of skiing, snowboarding or a day in downtown. Just off of the living room is your private covered balcony with mountain views. Since you’re on the top floor, you will have the very best views! The smaller of the two couches can also second as a pull out sleeper sofa that can accommodate one (1) additional Guest.

The gourmet kitchen was spared no expense in its design and finishes. The counters are granite, the cabinets are a light hardwood and a breakfast bar was installed with bar stool seating for four (4) to entertain friends and family while in town. The kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, gas-stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher and also is fully-stocked with cookware, dishes, flatware, pots and pans. The dining room is situated between the kitchen and living room and has seating available for six (6) people.

Down the hall is where you will find the two large bedrooms with en suite master bathrooms. The first (1) master bedroom has a king size bed with antique custom bed frame, large plush couch, lounge chair, large dresser for storage with flat-screen TV, vaulted ceilings, closet and en suite bathroom. The first (1) bathroom features a his and her vanity with granite countertops, stainless steel finishes, deep soaker tub, walk-in glass shower and pantry.

The second (2) master bedroom has a queen size bed, brand-new bunk bed that can sleep another two (2) guests, two (2) nightstands with lighting, ceiling fan, closet, vaulted ceilings, large dresser and en suite master bathroom. The second (2) bathroom features a his and her vanity with granite countertops, stainless steel finishes, deep soaker tub and walk-in glass shower.

There is a washer/dryer in the unit, a heated garage to park your car, which is a comfortable 65 degrees in the winter and a private ski locker. Park City Mountain Resort and the famous boutiques, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street just a short six miles away – with Deer Valley’s world-class offerings being just a few miles further down the road and accessible by the area’s bus system. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

We had a wonderful stay. It is in a great location, close to Park City and Salt Lake City. Anything you may need is right down the road. The accommodations were clean and well keeped. Wonderful view, great walking paths and pool area.

This particular property was ideal for our stay in Park City during the middle of February. We experienced superb customer service from the Property Management Company, accommodations that were as advertised on the website, and an incredibly convenient locale! Having stayed at the Westgate last year, we found our stay at Bear Hollow much more enjoyable! We would have given 4.5 stars but the rating will only take whole numbers. We deducted 1/2 a star due to the dull knives and not so great pans. That being said, we have experienced worse and made due with what was available. Pros: Fireplace, drying rack, cozy oversized chair/ottoman, crockpot, automated coffeemaker, in unit laundry, comfortable beds, some basic toiletries provided, HEATED garage, elevator, convenience to Park City, SLC, and Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons. Cons: Dullish knives, older pans, dishes were kind of dirty on arrival, but running them through the dishwasher fixed this. I hope to rent this property again next year and would recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable, convenient, and comfortable unit. I think it would be great for 2-4 people or a couple with a 2-3 kids.

This condo was exactly what we hoped for when we booked our "snowy vacation". With grocery stores, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, we couldn't have asked for a better location - directly below Olympic ski jump as an added bonus. Spacious condo with TWO jacuzzi tubs. We plan on making this an annual trip! Loved it!

Visited Park City right before Christmas and it was just what we wanted! The condo was perfectly located. Just a short 10 min drive to downtown Park City and an easy 25 min from Salt Lake City. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for myself and 3 other guests. Plenty of food places and shops right across the street. It definitely did not disappoint!

We stayed in this beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo in Bear ​Hollow ​Village and loved the accommodations. The setting is in a gorgeous community surrounded by mountains and ​is ​very conveniently located. The kitchen is large and updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, complete with a pantry and an eat-in area at the bar with bar stools, plus a large dining area with a table and chairs. The family room was cozy with a large television and gas fireplace, and the adjoining balcony had an awesome view of the mountains. The master suite included a king-sized bed with a sofa, lots of storage space, including a walk-in closet in the full bathroom with a tub and a shower. The second bedroom sleeps 3-4 and also adjoins a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The bedrooms had televisions in each. The stackable washer and dryer in the hallway were very convenient. Besides a gym in the clubhouse, the neighborhood has great sidewalks for long, daily walks. The Redstone Center, with lots of shopping and dining choices is only a couple minutes away, and the Tanger Outlet Mall was only 7 minutes from our condo. Don't miss the scenic 15 minute drive to downtown Main Street, which also has lots of shopping and dining. Close by is the Olympic training center, where we were able to watch Olympic hopefuls practicing their ski runs. There is so much to do and see in Park City, and this condo in Bear Hollow ​Village ​was perfect for us.

We enjoyed our condo immensely. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were modern, and the TV/internet was great. Having garage parking was very convenient. We also were happy to have the washer and dryer. The only downsides we experienced was that there was a gas smell when we ran the fireplace, the water pressure was low in the showers, and the flappers in both of the toilets had to be manually closed every time someone flushed.
