Our apologies that you weren't able to reach someone when you called and it's surprising to hear as our call center operates 24/7 and we are in the process of investigating this issue further. The locker is unfortunately a lock-out for the Owners, so not accessible to Guests. And regarding information on the condo and Park City area, everything is available online (as information changes so frequently - codes, amenities, restaurants, bus times, etc.) via the iTrip Guest Portal > Help Center. We also highlight this detail in every email communication we send out, but clearly need to do more. We're pleased to know that your family enjoyed the property, it's location to skiing and downtown and found it comfortable overall. We do appreciate your feedback on improvements to the kitchen supplies and media technology and will bring that to the attention of the Owner for approval. Regarding your suggestion about a "property binder" per say, that information is all available online on your Guest Portal (Under Help Center and Area Guide) and we repeatedly highlight that across all of our email communications - Welcome Message, Check-in Instructions, Pre-Flight Email, etc. We used to do physical binders; however, information would get lost and also because that information changes so regularly - especially the door code, Wi-Fi, local amenities, restaurants, names of places, bus times, etc. - we do it online, so that it is easily and always accessible and always up to date.
