We really enjoyed our stay at 306 Watercrest. We had a great view of the beach and it also overlooked the pool. We had easy access to the elevator, so getting to places was fast we would definitely stay here again.

So let me first say this is a beautiful condo. The view is amazing and is so close to the ocean which makes it easy with all the children we have. The condo is located right off the elevator which is convenient. When we stayed some construction was happing but we never heard anything in our room. Also we never heard neighbors or people above us. The room was extremely clean and they even left us a little gift bag with a mug and other essentials. Parking was extremely easy and we never had to walk far at all. I enjoyed being about 20 minutes from all the hustle and bustle of downtown Panama City Beach. Our beach was not over crowded with a bunch of young spring breaker’s. We had 4 children with us and this condo slept us all very comfortable. The couches turned into beds as well as having 3 other beds. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing and convenient place in Panama.

Everything handled as arranged up front, no surprises. No check-in or check-out. Received several updates via text prior to and during trip, always asking if can help me further. Would highly recommend. Also handled last minute reservation without problem.

Condo was just updated! Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. Furniture is new in living room. Balcony is nice and large. We enjoyed our stay here and will return . Thank you Itrip for being so friendly during our stay

Overall The condo was great for our family vacation. The only minus is that the complex does not have a real cooking Grill and not just a park grill by the parking lot.

This condo and trip was great. Everything we needed for a relaxing week was right inside. The condo is beautiful and of course had excellent views. Easy beach access and was very clean. The only issues we had were very minor and even possibly operator error. The dryer didn’t seem to heat well and had to be ran a couple of cycles to dry and the iron wouldn’t work. Will definitely consider this same place again in the future.

The condo was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The only negative was the tub in the master bedroom would not drain. I called to report this two times and was told someone would be there to fix it but no one ever showed up. Other than this small inconvenience, I was very pleased with the unit and would recommend it.

We got to PCB at least twice a year, early Spring an Fall Break. This was the best condo we have every stayed at since vacationing. The check in was easy. Walk to the door and punch in the code. We loved the location on the East end of the beach and the view from the 3rd floor was perfect. We enjoyed the balcony furniture as well as the spacious room. The condo was updated and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the TV was more than anyone needed. The dryer was a bit noisy and needed to be updated but still dried our laundry just fine. The location and parking was convenient. We are planning a stay in October and sure hope we get the exact unit. No complaints here at all! 5 Stars all the way.

306 Watercrest was the PERFECT destination for our Spring Break. My husband and I took 5 teenage girls and the condo, location, cleanliness, and price couldn't have been better! The patio is a huge plus and the convenience of being right on the ocean, with a pool and beach, made it so you never had to leave the condo! PCB is close enough to drive daily if you wanted to, Publix and Winn Dixie just a mile away. Beach was quiet, very family friendly and we would definitely stay here again!!! The amenities in the condo (stocked for cooking, upgraded counters and appliances, washer/dryer, large screen TV's) were perfect for what we needed.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The view was amazing, the condo was very nice, clean and updated. All of our daily essentials was provided. We plan to revisit again this summer and plan to stay in this exact condo. Loved it!!!

My family & I stayed at Watercrest July 27 - July 30. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to friends & family for future booking. Our condo was very spacious and had every amenity needed, clean & nicely furnished. Huge balcony overlooking the beach; wonderful view with beautiful sunsets. Washer & dryer was a huge plus. Did not have to come up from the pool or beach; they have a Tiki Hut with food & drinks. Easy access into & out of condos pool & beach area. Very satisfied with our stay. We got to Birmingham, AL and realized we had forgotten our new canopy in the condo. I sent an email to the owner hoping it would be turned in. Within a few days I received an email that it had been found and she wanted to figure out how to return it to me. She is to be commended for a job well done; kudos to your housekeeper. Nice to know honest people still exist. Look forward to booking with "The Watercrest" in the future.
