Great location to walk to everything. Short drive to the beach and grocery store. Only downfall was the road construction noise which you can’t plan. That was are only complaint really but would stay again!

Unit was great! Smelled a little funky. Bathroom could use some upgrades. Clean. Accommodated well. Bedroom cable didn’t work. Pools were nice and clean. Only complaint was they closed very early!! Very impressed with our stay.

This was our second visit to Tropic Sun and it didn’t disappoint! This condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family. We love being a short walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants at John’s Pass!

This house was perfect for our group. We had 3 families, 6 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of room and a short walk to the beach and pool. House was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manger was great. They were quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely recommend this house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this great location. The house was very nice, the private beach within a stone’s throw was perfect for us, and the marsh in back was beautiful.
