AGE REQUIREMENT BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND APRIL 8: The minimum age to rent is 18, but if no one in the unit is 25 or older, an additional $250 refundable security deposit will be charged to your card after you book. As long as no damage is done to the unit, the $250 will be refunded to your card within 10 business days after departure.

Overall we loved the Long Beach Resort. The location was what we wanted and the rental company was easy to work with. Our condo however could have been better. It was not very clean and needed some repairs. The door to the side balcony was very hard to open, the closet door was sitting against the wall, and the bathroom door in the master was off track which wouldnt allow it to close. There was visible dust and dirt in the bathrooms, and there was trash under the coffee table from previous renters. Again, this was nothing that kept our vacation from being great but just some things that needed attention.

My family and I stayed at Long Beach Resort. This was our third year of staying in this condo. Once again the condo was wonderful. Whitney was amazing and very helpful to us. We all had a great time. Looking forward to our traditional trip next year at the same time. Thanks again Whitney!

Our stay in Feb 2019 was perfect. I do alot of searching--I read alot of reviews--I study websites looking at furniture-bdrms-kitchens-baths and settle for nothing less than clean and comfortable and this condo met all those needs. The view is breathtaking--the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful--location is close to shopping and restaurants and only 25 min from airport. Already booked 2020. Take my word--Loved this condo!!

The room could have been cleaner. There are some repairs-upgrades that need to be made to make this one compare to the one we stayed in last year in the same resort. Overall-I wouldnt pick this condo to rent again.

We loved Panama City Beach! The warm, clear ocean water and white fluffy sand were amazing. It was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrella service included with the condo. The pools were great, and liked having the Hang Out restaurant/bar poolside for lunches. We walked down to Pineapple Willy’s a couple of times as well - very close. We sat out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings and had a nice breeze. Shopping was really close - Wal-Mart, surf shops right across the street, and Pier Park was a short drive. We rented a pontoon for half a day and did a sunset pirate cruise - both were extremely reasonable and fantastic family activities. We loved dinner at Schooner’s on the beach as well.

The condo was not the 12th floor and the view was awesome. The windows are as shown. Very big and wide. We never closed the curtains. We had NO complaints at all. We relaxed inside with plenty of room for all 5 of us. Lots of seating which was important. Reclining couch and big chair. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay at this condo again.

We arrived at our condo on Saturday evening. We were so thrilled with our condo. It was spacious, the kids got to spread out and hav BIG beds. We had everything we needed provided for us. The balcony was amazing. Very large and we could all fit out there without being crowded. It was nice to have a table and chairs to eat out there also. It felt like we were home inside the condo. We lacked nothing except food. I will say that 2 of the bar stools are broken. That is the only negative thing we experienced. Thank you for a great place to stay. Would tell anyone to book this one. We had a family of 5. 12 and up.

This was a great condo, with beautiful views of the beach from every room! It was the perfect size for our family of 6, and we loved the beach umbrella and chair set that was included! Will definetly be returning next year!!

This condo is my favorite out of the nice ones i have stayed. What I liked the most is the layout and the balconies. It's decor was very nice, warming, and cozy. The beds were comfty and the kitchen was more stocked than most which was a plus. It is spacious and was very clean. The view was amazing. Lovely from every room as well. I will be coming back. The only thing that was disappointing was that we could not watch tv in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms because the remotes wouldl not work or change the channels. Thats mild. It was worth the trip.
