AGE REQUIREMENT BETWEEN MARCH 1 AND APRIL 8: The minimum age to rent is 18, but if no one in the unit is 25 or older, an additional $250 refundable security deposit will be charged to your card after you book. As long as no damage is done to the unit, the $250 will be refunded to your card within 10 business days after departure.

Twin Palms is a 21-story Gulf-front resort condominium with a 200 foot stretch of gorgeous beaches. On-site amenities include an exercise room with sauna, a large outdoor pool and two hot tubs (one indoor and one outdoor).

Well I booked by trip thru Hotels.Com and was directed to ITrip so I wasn't aware of who or what they were. Just and FYI I was looking for pet friendly and it stated pets were welcome on site. But when we got to Condo Complex there was a sign in elevator stating NO PETS. You might want to check that out the the Twin Palms.

The condo itself was beautiful and I could live there 24/7/365 and I would definitely stay here again if they would allow my pet! It was furnished very well, almost like the pictures shown in VBRO, living room furniture had been changed and the stove and fridge were updated from picture. Large bathrooms were very clean as well as clean linens and comfortable bed. The only negative comments I have is that they need a new cleaning crew. There was dust and dog hair hanging from the ceiling fans and the same under every piece of furniture. We borrowed a ladder for the HOA and cleaned the fans and cleaned under all the furniture. Left the condo in much cleaner condition than when we arrived!

The condo was great. I will definitely be staying there again. The only thing that I didn't like was in the master bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. Other than that it was perfect. And the view of the ocean was fantastic.

The vacation rental was awesome. Beautiful interior design. Would love to rent it again. If I do have to say something negative about the place, it would be the master bathroom shower curtain had mold on it. That really grossed it out. But other than that it was perfect.

We loved this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our week at Twin Palms. Unit 1705 was clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations. The large balcony and beautiful water views can’t be beat. The location was convenient to stores and major attractions. We would definitely stay here again but unfortunately we’ve been told that the condo will no longer be pet friendly - very disappointing!

The condo was beautiful. Very spacious and the view, my goodness the view was BEAUTIFUL. The balcony is basically the size of a bedroom and was one of our favorite spots while there. Obviously right on the beach so the walk was awesome. The only thing I would recommend would be to upgrade the dishwasher, it hardly washed the dishes, you had to rinse them out after a load. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again!!

We got to the condo and everything was fine although we were missing two pool bands and one parking pass but it was immediately brought to us after we called... the place was clean and just like the pictures. The view was breath taking. And a plus was the parking garage with shade at all times In general it was one of the best vacations.

Happy to leave a review about unit 1705. We arrived at checkin time and found the unit to be very clean and accommodating. The view was spectacular and our favorite part of the condo is the huge balcony. The sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged but management sent maintenance over right away and it was unclogged. It was a hot week (high 80's) and the A/C did not disappoint. One thing I do believe owners need to talk about is the high heat of the outdoor jacuzzi. It was too hot to get into it. The indoor jacuzzi was too cool. Might only take minor adjustments. The iron in the unit leaked too but we managed. Overall, it was a lovely stay in unit 1705 and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Our condo had everything we needed. We had the perfect view of the beach. It’s in a great location with entertainment like WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Cobra Arcade around the corner. Two diners, Waffle House and American Burger and Grill, were within a short walking distance. The new Walmart is a few hundred yards away.

We were so pleased with the condo. The view was breathtaking. I could be standing in the kitchen cooking and still see the beautiful Gulf. Loved the big screen tv's and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was the nicest one that we had ever had in our 52 years of travel. We never had to wait very long for an elevator and always got a parking spot on the ground floor. It was a wonderful stay for us.

As a family, this was our first vacation in which we were able to bring our dog, Baxter, with us. The condo was very nice and very well kept. It was very accommodating for the dog as well. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf and all the amenities to go along with it. Everything was clean. The condo has a nice location and is not too far from anything you may want to do. It was a lot of fun to have the dog with us and he even got to play in the water at the pet park next to Pier Park Pier. It was a blast to interact with other guests as we were out and about and nice to see other pets there as well. Great place and highly recommend it.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here for 5 days. The beach was beautiful and the sun was out every day. It was very convenient to tan out on the balcony in privacy. I would recommend

I enjoyed the room and also the view! I would recommend this condo to anyone! We were so close to everything and right on the beach! The best part is we were even allowed to bring our pug! I will definitely look for this rental again in the future!
