Sadly, the only 3 positive things about this condo., in my opinion, was the nice view of lake/fountain, the comfortable king sized bed, and the rooms which had newer immitation wood floors. Apart from the place being overall beat up and in need of upgrades, it was completely filthy from top to bottom. There's no excuse for this lack of cleanliness in my view. I'm a landlord myself and would never rent out a dirty home like this. I'd be firing my mtg. co. along with it's poor housekeeping service. Light fixtures were covered in dust with spider webs, light bulbs out, 2 clogged bathtubs, food particles splattered all over kitchen (appliances, ceiling, cupboards), dirty in kitchen cupboards + floor area rug. Glass kitchen table, large wall mirror, and windows--all dirty. Toilet wasn't even cleaned properly in one bath and bathroom smelled bad. Sorry for giving such a bad report but it's the truth. Hopefully the owner will make some changes if they want repeat customers.

The condo was great! Well kept and clean. The golf resort is great with its multiple pools, tennis courts, and poolside cafe. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach but wasn't too bad. The outside patio overlooking the pond was very relaxing. My only complaint about the condo is that I wish it was stocked a little better in the kitchen; with eight people, it was hard making dishes with limited/small pots, pans, and plates. But overall a nice vacation!

First thing was it took 10 days to get the wI-fI password, which worked great after that! We started killing roaches and palmetto bugs on the first morning, and every day since, even though Price Morgan sent Orkin in to spray on day 12, 3-10 a day,mostly in the kitchen and front bedroom! No DVD players! Hooks for pictures but only 1 picture in the master! Second bedroom has a hole in the wall! Second bath has the door delaminateing! and the toilet flushes real slow. Most of the windows are fogged up between the panes,facing the pond and patio! Overhead light in the kitchen is hit and miss, have to flick it on and off several times to get both lights to work.Beds are old and need replacing, covering is falling off the box spring,Carpet in second bedroom is badly stained between the beds and it's coming apart, and only one lamp so it is hard to see at night! Also you can hear the people upstairs clomping around. Racks in oven do not come out and the oven was dirty when we arrived! also there was a lot of dust on everything when we arrived, since this unit sat empty for two months prior to Feb. And now the good parts,Easy access to PCB, good views from the patio, clean and heated pool at the end of the driveway, furniture is comfortable, appliances worked. This could be a great rental with a little TLC!
