Clean, overlooking the pool, easy walk to beach, WiFi great, beach fabulous. Only complaint is the name of the place appears to be Spanish Trace rather than Sandy Shores, which confused us on arrival.

Location, location, location. Our condo was just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to St. Augustine. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the condo is well stocked with kitchen items as well as sheets and towels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The condo was beautiful and spacious with a spectacular view of the ocean! It was as described and close to so many restaurants and shopping places. My favorite thing about staying in the condo was sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise.

Home was clean and beautiful when arrived. Was missing basic necessities like, kitchen items, hand soap, dish soap, etc. The remote to the fan in the living room was missing. Air conditioner was difficult to use as the house would not go below 77 degrees. Pool was clean and very enjoyable.

We were pleasantly surprised walking into this house. I knew it was recently remodeled and it really is lovely. The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Two couple and two kids. The deck is huge and overlooks the pool. It's not a huge pool but for us it worked great. We'll be back!
