Great place. Updated appliances and amenities. Very close to beach and the pool was relaxing after day at the beach. We will be back. Owners very responsive to a wasp nest that was pool side. They had it taken care of immediately. This is a great duplex for two families on vacation.

We really enjoyed pelicans perch. The location was amazing and our grandsons loved going to cocos for burgers whenever they wanted to. The beach is beautiful and the weather we had the week we stayed was perfect. Thank you again for letting us rent this beautiful home. It was everything it was written to be.

Amazing condo!

We had an amazing time at this condo very spacious and well maintained. The kids loved the water slide and lazy river and spend many hours swimming. We had a maintenance problem come up but it was handled very quickly and professionally. We will definitely be back!

We greatly enjoyed our condo! It was clean, nice, and enough room for me, my husband, and our son. Our view of the beach was beautiful and the Commodore has good amenities. My favorite aspect of renting from this company was the ease of the checkin/checkout process. We would recommend to friends.

This is the second time I’ve rented from this location and have not been disappointed. The view over the water, seeing dolphins up close every day is incredible. Having Publix right next door is a plus as well. The pool is clean and in a great spot with bay views. Great place for family and friends.
