We were very happy with our stay on Perdido Key. Enjoyed all the perks of the gated community. The shuttle was always prompt but only used it a few times because the walk to the ocean was only about 8 minutes. Patty was very easy to work with and quick to answer any of my questions. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved the house - bed were comfortable. Tons of pool stuff in the shed. Lots of beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys. Great location, close to beach & Siesta Village. Spent lots of time in the pool!

Great lovation but house is very dated. You can see this from the pictures. When we arrived the house was still being cleaned so we waited outside for 30 minutes. When we entered the house there were blankets in the washing machine and dryer running. We finished the laundry for the cleaner but not what you expect to have to do. The location can not be beat and view is great.

The condo was great, wonderful location and easy check in and check out. The bed was a little uncomfortable, and they forgot to give us our parking pass on check in so we had to wait around in the garage until they brought it to us

Our stay turned into a wonderful trip, definitely something to remember. The Royal Palm is very well maintained, cozy and has great views for sitting peacefully on the balcony. Will for sure try to come back next year!
