This property features modern architecture with updated decor. The open concept plan delivers plenty of natural light and space for your group to gather, relax, and enjoy Palm Springs! The large windows bring in the sunshine, and the large living room bi-folding doors blur the line between indoor and outdoor space. The kitchen, dining and living area are open to each other. The kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances, plenty of storage space and stocked kitchen for all your meal prep. The dining table seats eight comfortably. A sectional sofa delivers ample seating space while watching a favorite show or movie on the 65in. Smart TV. The office has ample desk space for two people with beautiful mountain views.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The private yard provides ample space to relax in privacy. The outdoor dining table has ample shade and seats 6 comfortably. The BBQ island is perfect for grilling and entertaining at the same time. The water feature eloquently is incorporated into the pool and spa. The pool features a tanning shelf, along with two firepits. Catch some sun and enjoy the time with your loved ones.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, 65in. Smart TV, dual nightstand, ceiling fan and convenient access to a spacious main bath and walk in closet. The guest room features a queen bed with ensuite bath, large closet and a 50in. Smart TV.
