Dear readers, you will love your stay at 505 shadow Brook, it’s got plenty of space, and sleeps 8 comfortably. You just ski down to get on lifts, and everything is within a five min walk. Jacuzzi needs to be a tad warmer, but otherwise everything was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. There was ample room for our party of 8. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was great! Property is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the pool and close proximity to the pier although it was damaged during the recent hurricane. We'll definitely stay in this property again if available when we return.

Awesome townhome in a beautiful area. The townhome had everything we needed, we were very pleased with the kitchen amenities they had that we normally don't see in other places we stay. The beach chairs and wagons were excellent addition to have. Access to beach was easy. Plenty of room for us and grandkids. Really enjoyed our week there.

We stayed here for 4th of July weekend/week and the cottage had everything we needed. The location was perfect for walking all the sites of St. Augustine and allowed to to come and go as we pleased to take a break, eat, and just relax with all the comforts of home. Having kids, the washer and driver and parking was a big plus. We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed this place, it was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked if you like to cook. Close to beach able to walk to there, a bit of a jaunt but not bad. Close to Charleston and numerous other sites to see. Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly. Really appreciate the owners taking pride in their place. Great service. Would highly recommend this place.
