Galley style kitchen has a smooth-top electric stove, built-in oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, and more!
Formal Dining table for 6, and 3 stools ate the kitchen bar.
A private pool and hot tub create an oasis away from it all, with amazing views!
***Pool Heating***
A $30/night pool heat deposit is collected for guests who want to heat the pool. Pool heating is NOT recommended when the lows are under 60 degrees and highs under 75; the cost will likely exceed the $30/night deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total rental amount or $350.00, whichever is more.
GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 45-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT.
There will be no refund for early departure.
From mid April through mid October we charge a $15-30/night A/C fee. The cost depends on the size of the home.
