Fabulous floor plan! The living room features a 50in Smart TV, pool views and open floor plan connecting with the kitchen. The condo patio features al fresco dining for six and a three burner BBQ. The updated kitchen appliances and cabinets are stocked with everything you need to make meals. The Washer/Dryer is also located inside the unit.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
This Main Bedroom features a king bed, large closet, mountain views and a private patio. The updated ensuite bath features dual vanity sinks and a shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, large closet and a 40in Smart TV and patio access with a large and bright slider. The guest bath features a shower and single sink vanity.
OUTDOORS
Located in the courtyard of the six unit condominium complex is a beautiful large pool with mountain views. Please note the pool is not heated from October to April. The unit features a full size washer and dryer and one covered parking space.
