This was our first visit to Palm Desert and booked Sandroc on the advice of our friends (who were also staying there). We LOVED Palm Desert and thought the Sandroc was in an excellent location! The unit itself was very nice - had everything we needed. Good sized bedrooms, open kitchen ....very spacious overall. We regularly used the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. The property manager was very kind, smiley, on time and helpful.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay. The location is very walkable to many things in Palm Desert, which was nice for 4 people and 1 car. Nicole arranged everything well for our arrival, even though it was Christmas night. The accommodations were just as the pictures showed. Plenty of space for 4 people. Nice round dinner table...perfect for playing cards and games. Community pool and hot tub, but we always had it to ourselves. Hot tub could have been hotter. The unit had a couple of minor appliance and furniture imperfections, the only reason not to give it a 5-star. Overall, very pleased with our accommodations. Thank you Nicole.

We had the most pleasant stay at this property. Everything is brand new. The house has everything you could possibly need. The owner is absolutely fabulous to work with. It is in a wonderful location on a very quiet street. We couldn't have been more pleased with this find. We hope to stay here again if we are ever in the Palm Desert area again.

We had the best time at this property. Close to shopping, restaurants. The house was immaculate with updated everything. We were so pleased with this find. Everyone we spoke with was so pleasant and accommodating. We hope to stay here again in the future.

My friend and I had a fabulous stay in this condo. We were greeted by the manager Nicole who was very accommodating to our early arrival time (and then our subsequent delay with the rental car). The convo was clean, had tons of space and good storage. We loved the balcony on the second floor and the cozy living space downstairs. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Seconds (literally) from El Paseo, awesome access to the trails behind the Target, we ran everyday!

This condo is, indeed, steps from El Paseo and all the great shopping, dining and people-watching it offers. The condo is nicely appointed, clean, and the bed in the master (the only one we used) was extremely comfortable. The area is very quiet (even though it's close to the "action" of El Paseo), and the condo complex has a great pool, hot tub and tennis courts. If I have one criticism, it's that the condo doesn't have a washer/dryer (but it's not a huge issue if you're only staying a week, as we did). We'll certainly keep this place in mind for return visits.

We have stayed in all of the various Palm Desert Sandroc Condo properties managed by iTrip Vacations. All our visits, including this trip, have been excellent experiences. The staff are always available to promptly answer questions and troubleshoot as necessary. The property photos accurately represent the properties and each are equipped with everything we need for a short vacation stay. We find the location absolutely perfect for a number of reasons: Palm Desert is so central to the greater Palm Springs areas thus easy to get to attractions, restaurants, activities all points east/west; excellent proximity to quality grocery, restaurants, bars, retail, entertainment found on El Paseo; out the door walking or hiking trailheads within walking/short drive; College of the Desert nearby for special events/arts/entertainment. Basically perfect for us -- we will absolutely continue returning to this location.

We loved the condo as far as the remodel goes. It could be so much better if you did a few simple, inexpensive things. The main rug in the living room is so stained and we were inviting guests to stop by and was embarrassed. We rolled it up and hid it behind the couch. When we pulled out the couch there was 6 inches of dirt and dust behind it. We could't use the ceiling fans. They were filthy. I had to clean the windows, patios, patio furniture. We had to buy a plunger. The bedding on the king bed had balls on it and the decorative pillows smelled as did the pillows on the couch. We put it all in the guest closet as nobody used that room. All it would take is a different cleaning lady and someone who manages it to check on it. Replace the rug, master bedding, decorative pillows and throws. Replace the pillows we sleep on. They smelled also. So as you can see, cleanliness is the issue. The condo itself is beautiful. This was complained about in 2014 on Trip Advisor. I would think you would have changed managers by now.

Hi Sandy, I'm very sorry you were so dissatisfied with a few cleaning items. In the future, please call us so we can have the cleaners come out again to correct the issues very quickly so you can better enjoy your stay. A team member always inspects the condo prior to a guest's arrival. I'm not sure we smell all of the pillows, so I'll inspect and replace as necessary after the current guests leave. I'll address your specific complaints with the cleaning crew as well. -Management

We spent a week in the desert for Christmas with all of our sons, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren who live in Palm Desert. The condo's location is perfect --a block from El Paseo. The kitchen was well equipped for the holiday cooking that I wanted to do. Very comfortable bedrooms and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was located steps to great restaurants and shopping. It was very well kept and comfortable We especially appreciated the comfy beds and the nice kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

Booking this condo was easy and Todd Calish answered any questions I had .(this was my first time booking thru Flip key and I would do it again.the condo exceeded our expectations and El Paseo is steps away for any shopping one might need,in fact one can probably get by without having your own car here.We also love to golf and shadow mountain golf course is 5minutes away.We will be back!!Terry was very accommodating and helpful.

The owner thought of everything when he remodeled this condo. It's spacious, well decorated and has every amenity you can think of. The pool was empty the entire time we were there, which was a nice change from crowded hotel pools. The area is great - literally walking distance to El Paseo. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with it. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this location to a friend.

This was a very well appointed condo. Living space was great, with open plan living space, dining area and well equipped kitchen and a good grill on the patio. Bedrooms were great, each with TVs, though queen/king beds in each room meant that our young boys had to share a bed (they dealt much better with this than we expected). Location is wonderful, right off El Paseo. Pool is a nice size and is well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs. Our only knock in this property is that there were no other kids around, which isn't really a property issue as much as a PS/PD issue!
