CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 45 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 45 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a cancellation fee totaling 10% of the total rental amount or $250.00, whichever is more. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 45-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. There will be no refund for early departure. If reservations are made within the 45-day window then no cancellations will be honored.

This was a very nice place; large, clean, quiet, nice pool area, parking, etc. The major plus is location - just off El Paseo and accessible to everything. We had a great time!

The property is located in the heart of Palm Desert. The check-in/out process is super easy. The kitchen had all of the things we needed. The only downside was that they advertised the opportunity to play pool but when we attempted, there were no pool sticks and they were missing a ball from the set.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at #18 Sandroc Condominiums. Nicole at itrip Vacations was great and had called us just after our flight arrived to check in with us and see how she could be of assistance. The condo is in a very good location just off el Paseo Drive. There is a nice pool and the condo was very clean, updated and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again.

Not only is the location fabulous, close to El Paseo and some great hiking trails, but the kitchen has everything one could wish for: ample dishes, cooking utensils, spices, some starter groceries, various pots, pans and kitchen appliances. For those who like to do some of their own cooking while on vacation, this condo is perfect. This large, comfortable, clean unit is perfect for two couples. There are plenty of clean bath towels and linens, as well as swim towels for the lovely heated pool and hot tub. We would happily stay here again and will recommend it to our friends who are currently bundled up and busy shovelling their driveways.

This condo is very well appointed, comfortable and conveniently located to all kinds of fun things to see and do. The property manager, Nicole, could not have been any more attentive, prompt or accommodating. She is very kind and considerate and it was a pleasure to rent this property through her. We would definitely return to stay at this condo and would be happy to work with Nicole. My husband and I have rented condos annually for years and I believe this was our best experience ever – with the unit itself and the manager, Nicole.

My wife and I stayed in this condo in October for the desert trip music festival weekend #2. The manager Nicole communicated with us well and met us on site to show us around the condo.This condo was the perfect oasis away from the crowds of the festival. Spacious and well appointed, one minute walk to shops, restaurants and cafes, yet quiet. This unit's entrance is located on the inside of the complex, steps away from the pool and away from the parking lot and street. The pool was large and the water temperature was nice. It should be noted we did not see a coffee maker however the unit did have a Kreuig coffee maker which requires pods. We agreed we would not stay anywhere else on our next trip to the desert.

Hands down one of the best rentals ever. Nicole was super helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is wonderful and the place is walking distance to shops and restaurants which makes it so convenient. Loved the friendly neighbors and totally loved the pool and spa. Would rent this again in a heartbeat.

Terry and Nicole were great. Property is lovely and enjoyed our week in the desert. Pool refreshing and tennis courts nicely kept up. Walking distance to many shops and eateries. Recommend for travelers or those just wanting to get away for a few days.
