Very spacious Gourmet kitchen with Southern views, island breakfast bar and table for 4. Formal dining area seats eight.

Bedroom/Bath layout:

King Main Suite overlooks pool and golf course. The large main bath features a soaking tub, separate shower, 62" television and extra large walk in closet.

Guest bedroom 1 has a Queen Bed and is down the hall from the Main and next to the guest bath. Guest bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and is on the opposite side of the house from the Main. Guest bedroom 3 has a daybed that can be pulled out to sleep two (great for kids!), on the opposite side of the house from the Main. There is a guest bath in the hall by Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3. The Entertainers backyard featuring pebble-tech pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, and covered patio. Enjoy the golf course view with a panoramic mountain backdrop from the private backyard and from most living areas inside.

Centrally located in Palm Desert close to El Paseo, shopping, dining, casino, and the JW Marriott resort and spa. You won't be disappointed with this exceptional property.

GUEST booking the property must be 25 YEARS OLD, & must occupy the property during the entire term of the booking.   The main guest (MG) is responsible for behavior of all occupants.

Maximum OCCUPANCY is provided in the property listing. 2 people per bedroom.  

No excessive NOISE allowed beyond the property. City prohibits renters from using sound devices (radios, sound systems, etc.) & musical instruments outside the rental property between 10 p.m. & 10 a.m. Failure to comply will result in fines, & removal from property without refund.

1 CAR is allowed per bedroom. Guests must use garage & driveway parking. No street parking, no boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
 
If a property is not PET friendly, we may allow a pet under certain circumstances. Please inquire. For pet friendly properties please disclose if bringing a pet at the time of reservation inquiry. A non refundable fee of $250 is required. Pets allows only if under 35 lbs and one pet. Unauthorized pets will result in fee of $500. 

SMOKING of any kind is prohibited at the property.  Smoke smell/odor found post departure authorizes manager to remediate the smoke smell, & the main guest will incur a fee of $2.10 per sq. ft. times the property square footage per title records.

BBQ only be used if provided by the Owner & do not relocate BBQ. Open flame is prohibited, I.E candle burning, charcoal BBQ’s. Do not dismantle smoke & carbon monoxide detectors. 

All guests & responsible occupant acknowledge use of the pool/spa amenities increase the risk of injury &/or death. POOL AND SPA use is at your own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Use of Pool, Spa and Pool Area amenities can cause serious injury, including death. The occupants accept this risk when booking the property.

POOL HEATING may be added to your booking. Daily pool heating fee is based on current rates of Natural Gas and size of the pool. Please inquire with the booking agent for a quote. 

The manager will request a copy of the main guest ID prior to check in.  Main guest may be required to sign additional agreements. No refunds for early depatures. 

UNINTENTIONAL DAMAGE must be reported to the manager prior to departure. Accidental property damage is covered up to $1,500 by LDW Fee in your booking fee. Accidental damage not reported during the stay will be treated as intentional damage & the cost will be charged to the Main Guest reservation.

If  property is no longer able to honor this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances & out of Manager’s or Owner’s control, Manager will issue a full refund immediately to the Responsible Occupant.

Reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, damage deposit, &/or balance of rental payment. If any occupant violates any terms of this agreement, PDVP may terminate this Agreement. PDVP will notify the Responsible Occupant of agreement termination, & the Responsible Occupant will vacate the promise within 3 hours.

Building Codes that are applicable for residential homes are not required for handicap accessibility. This home is not ADA compliant. Manager is not aware of any toxic fungus/mold or other mold which may exceed allowable levels.

Neither does the owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.

One CAR is allowed per bedroom. Assigned parking spaces may apply for properties located within an HOA. Guests must use garage parking and driveway parking first. No street parking is allowed.

POOL HEATING is not included in the rental rate for 27 day or longer stays from October trough April. Pool heating may be added to your booking at the rate of $35 per day.

Guest Bookings 27 days or longer require a Security Deposit of $2,500.

Great Summer retreat

We spent 2 weeks of working remotely, with some fun in between. This house is very spacious and with lots of amenities, good size kitchen and garage. The swimming pool and spa are very enjoyable. A nice shade is being cast after 4 PM during our stay, so we could enjoy long late afternoons into the night. Due to the location of this house, we could visit and enjoy several places within the desert cities. The small neighborhood was very safe and peaceful. Some previous reviews noted some street noise from Portola Ave, but I couldn't hear anything. My wife and kids (5 and 11 yrs. old) enjoyed the stay so much that they didn't want to leave :)

Wonderful Fall Getaway

Spent the month of November in this lovely house. The house was very clean and everything you could want was there. Outside area was great and once I got the app loaded on my phone it was very easy to manage both the pool and spa. We loved the kitchen and it allowed several people To be in it and not run into each other. Our kids came down for Thanksgiving and the big dinning room table allowed us to all celebrate togeather. Plenty of room in the house for 8 people. The view of the golf course was also very nice since there never seemed to be very many golfers and they were far enough away to not be a problem. The one big issue we had was with the TV. They do not have cable so we had to use YouTube TV. We had very unreliable service, sometime we had volume and then it would just go out. We are an older couple and that may of been part of the problem. We had to have Boris come over several times to try to get it working. Just did not seem necessary. Just get Spectrum. BTW Boris was very helpful and we did appreciated all his help. Loved the location though there is a little noise from Portola. Very fair price for the house and location.

Nice House in the Desert!

Very nice house overall. The pluses are: Great location, very spacious (especially master suite!), exceptionally well equipped in kitchen, linens, pool toys, 2nd frig in garage, great bbq, great pool & spa with app for heating, nice laundry room with huge washer. Could be improved: Patio furniture needs updating, television cable service hard to operate, updated instructions on how to operate awning & lights, fireplace doesn’t work. Many more pluses than minuses overall. Nice to have 2 bedrooms on one side of living area & 2 on the other. The rental manager, Nicole, was wonderful in answering our questions & troubleshooting our issues. We would definitely return to enjoy the lovely Palm Desert area further! Would give 4 1/2 stars,

Thanks for the review! I'll discuss adding a few more updated patio chairs to the pool area. All of the furniture other than a few chairs is less than 2 years old, but the sun can be harsh :o) I'll label the awning remote and patio light switch. Home was very comfortable and NICOLE the property manager is very helpful. Hope to stay again. View from the patio of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. Home is in a gated small residential community and close to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The tv system took a genius to navigate but we mastered the system after we had some assistance. Probably the best home we have rented so far.

I rarely write reviews but in the case I felt it was important to share our experience. Usually- if someone starts off this way-you think ok….this must be bad!! NOT AT ALL- quite the opposite. Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was EXACTLY what we had expected. The description of the house was on point. Everything was super clean. We felt right at home and had every amenity needed. To be honest…even the water pressure was perfect (something I find many times to be lackluster at other rentals). I hope we are able to come out again to the desert as we will request this same house. Thank you.

Great location and very spacious!

I dream about having a great night sleep like I did at the Claridge place. The beds were amazing along with the very comfortable house. My family(2 adults, 2 kids) stayed for four nights and five days and we couldn't have been happier. The location was close to many dining options and the Living Desert, which my kids have been asking to go back to. The house was much bigger than anticipated. The four bedrooms were a nice size, especially the master suite that opened up right to the backyard for some late night swimming. My whole family could have stayed in the master suite! Another great perk at this house was the high tech amenities. The sound system in the living room was deafening! Watching a movie felt like you were in an actual movie theater. It was also nice to have an open floor plan so I could take full range of the kitchen while the kids watched tv. Last but not least--the backyard! The golf course and hills as a backdrop were stunning. It did not matter that the temperature reached 105. We stayed in the pool and was not bothered in the least by the heat. Without a doubt, my family will make it back to this lovely Palm Desert Oasis. We are all looking forward to it

Great vacation and views

In May my wife and I stayed at the property in Palm Desert. It was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the layout of the home with the very comfortable couches and furniture. The sound system was great and we could hear everything even in the pool. The property has great views of the mountains and the golf course at the near by Desert Springs Marriott. We really enjoyed the open kitchen which was great for entertaining. It was stocked with everything we needed for our weekend getaway. All in all the home was clean, secure and comfortable and we can't wait to return in the future!

Relaxing Getaway!

My husband and I rented this home in May for a long weekend. The home is immaculately maintained. Upon entering, the open floorplan was welcoming to the eye. The kitchen is huge and fully stocked. The living room was huge and roomy, with comfy sofas and a big screen TV. Speaker system is awesome. Rooms slept everyone comfortably. We enjoyed a great family style dinner in the formal dining room, which is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen. The entire home was decorated impeccably, with even a room catered towards kids with a daybed. The backyard is a desert oasis with a beautiful sparkly pool, top of the line furniture, and a great barbeque area. We enjoyed early morning coffee lounging on the patio watching golfers on the 18th hole, and sunsets soaking in the spa. The home felt safe, secure, and was very accessible from the highway. Loved that it also was close to the living zoo and other amenities. All in all we loved the home and look forward to it being our rental for future vacations. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for the perfect home away from home.
