This is the fourth time we have stayed here and could not be happier with our unit, the amenities like the swimming pool and grills. The greatest bonus is the location in Siesta Key Village and the walkability to all the restaurants and shops.

Loved our stay and was really happy with everything! Was very happy with all the items in the house and we felt that everything was above and beyond what we expected. Only suggestion I would have is to include more blankets. If you are looking to book this location, don't think, just do it!! You will not regret it!!

Super fun family vacation

The house was all that and more! Plenty of room for us, our children and grandchildren. House is stocked nicely and is a great neighborhood. There was construction going on in front of the house but the kids loved watching all the trucks. I think it’s finished now. We would definitely come back the next time we visit Portland.

The Surf Perch is extremely comfortable! The kitchen is beautifully appointed from the soft close cabinets to the granite countertops. The sofa and beds are very nice. The bathrooms are updated and charming. This really is a wonderful home away from home in a great location. We will definitely book another stay!

Condo was clean but we had light bulb out in Master Bath. Clogged toilet in the joint bathroom and no top for the kitchen sink food recycler. Would have liked garbage pickup and towel removal every day. Otherwise, it wasn't too bad.
