This home is located near the beach. About 1,000 feet to the coast.

There are four beach bikes available for use as well if you don't feel like taking a leisurely stroll.

Important & Required: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG, the digital trust platform that enables Hosts, Operators, and Guests to confidently transact in the short-term rental space.

Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

*A short application is required to stay at Sea Colony as well as a background check - $21 Fee. Guests will receive an email from DocuSign approximately 30 - 45 days prior to their reservation to complete the required HOA paperwork.

HOUSE RULES:

- Primary renter must be 25 or older.

- No smoking/vaping on premises. Any evidence of smoking/vaping found will result in a $245 cleaning charge.

- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs, or BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times! Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am.

- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7 people) at any time.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home to future guests exposing you to liability.

Canal

We do not think it would be wise for you or your party to swim in the canal. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time. If you choose to swim in the canal or the swimming pool, you are swimming at your own risk, and you agree to hold the homeowner, and property management company harmless from any injury you may incur.

We supply a starter set of shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & more.

The house was beautiful and spacious. It was located in a 55 plus community, close to the beach with clubhouse and heated pool. There was a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The house needs a few things ......new couch, new linen and towels etc. but we managed fine. THEY DO NEED A BAR INSTALLED IN THE DOWNSTAIRS SHOWER. IT IS VERY HARD TO KEEP FROME SLIPPING. I would have loved some communication from the owners, but we handled things ourselves ok. We would definitely rent there again if given the chance.! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE OWNERS !!!

Great place to stay very comfortable and had all we needed. The development is very safe and well maintained and the very short walk to the beach is great. The area is very dog friendly. A teeny tiny mention, there are 4 bikes to use which is awesome we loved biking along the path that runs alongside A1A but one day we got a puncture and there were no tools to remove the wheel so we could take it to a bike repair place. No biggy we went to a store and bought one but maybe leaving basic tools would be an idea.

The house was perfect for us and the location is amazing! Sea Colony has a great beach with no crowds and an ocean front pool/ hot tub that is wonderful! We had everything we needed at the house - well equipped kitchen. bikes, beach chairs/ umbrellas, etc! Plenty of room for friends and family- we enjoyed the screened porch every morning and evening. Great time- thank you for sharing your home!!!
