Nice pool and balconies!

This condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed to stay for the week. The condo itself was very clean, quiet, and had a nice pool and balconies. We enjoyed being right across from the beach. Loretta was very easy to reach for general questions about the condo and she was quick to respond to a few of our needs during the stay.

The first time we have stayed at Phoenix on the Bay and we loved it. The kids loved the slide and lazy river, although I wished the piers had be completed bc I have a littler fisherman in the family. The condo was perfect and I was impressed with security. Thanks again we had a great time.

30th anniversary, brought our 4 legged girl for a week and had a blast. Amazing home with easy access to the beach. Quiet, clean, comfortable, and well stocked. This place will definitely be on our radar for our next Oregon coast trip!

Nice Townhome With Pretty Much Everything You Need

Spacious townhome, well-equipped kitchen, super-convenient shuttle (with very friendly drivers) all made for a great stay. Unfortunately, the hot tub was unusable while we were there, which was a bummer, but other than that, we had a great stay.

We stayed at beautiful Bella Mar over the Labor Day Weekend and loved it! The place was spacious and fit our party of 9 perfectly! We found the home very clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and the elevator very convenient. The top deck provided a wonderful view with my morning coffee! The itrip management was responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend Bella Mar!
