So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the waterpark that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the waterpark in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.
These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

We appreciate the feedback! We did report the roach that was seen immediately to the association. The units are sprayed monthly. The kitchen sink issue was reported to us as well but the guest asked us not to send anyone until after they departed. Unfortunately, in a rental unit, just as in your own home, maintenance issues do happen. In those events, we do take care of them immediately unless the guest chooses for us not to. We did take loaner comforters to the unit and laundered the original ones although, our inspectors could not find any spots on them.

Thank you for your recent stay! So nice to hear you loved the condo and your time spent here was amazing! Saddened to hear of the sand issue. The linens come directly from a linen service; perhaps a discussion is warrantied with them of your findings. I would like to say I could prevent the sand unfortunately being at the beach it is very difficult to not have any remnants of it at all. However we would rather in not be in the beds. I will have the shower liners evaluated now that I am aware. We value your input and appreciate your feedback!
Thank you for your recent stay! Sorry to hear the unit was not cleaned accordingly. This is one of the reasons we frown upon early check-ins! There must be ample time for an inspector to evaluate the units prior to 4pm arrivals. I am saddened that the issues were not reported to the office so they could be handled properly for your stay. While cobwebs may not accessed underneath the furniture in between stays the other issues could have been taken care of for you fairly easy. We are not at liberty to decide the number of spaces you are provided; it has nothing to do with the unit itself. However it is very clear prior to renting in all of the information… what you are allowed. Parking is a decision of the association. We value your input and appreciate your feedback!
Thank you for your recent stay! So nice to hear you found the unit well-kept and clean. Yes the owners worked diligently to provide a beautiful unit. That balcony view of the beach/gulf waters is gorgeous. I will have the automatic shade evaluated and the curtain liners have recently been replaced. Glad the accommodations were pleasing. Grateful for guest who talk of returning!
