There was an issue with the unit we were scheduled to stay in on the day we were traveling to Florida. ITrip is excellent with communicating and made sure that we were moved to another property and had an amazing trip. Don't hesitate to book a stay at one of their properties. Can't wait to stay with them again!

Perfect location! Steps from skiing! Walking distance to the free bus. Condo was clean and perfect size for three adults. Great communication! The only issue we had was we asked to arrive an hour early and they agreed at no cost but this was not communicated to the onsite management who walked in the condo without being let in by us.

The Hideaway home couldn’t have been more perfect! It was the perfect size for my family and I from the bedrooms and the pullout bed. The outdoor space was amazing! The house was extremely clean and was provided all out essentials. We can not wait to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were honored to be the first. The house was charming, great location, quiet, cozy and clean. They even left a personal welcome note, bottle of wine and fresh flowers for added touches. We definitely would recommend and the team at Itrip Boise were great to work with from start to finish.
