Unit was at the most part clean except it appears things have not been dusted in a while. Doors to both bathrooms appear to have mold on them. Tv in master bedroom is horrible. Would suggest a corner larger mounted one in there. We have in one day already killed multiple large palmetto bugs.

What a great place to stay. Location is everything and this 2 bedroom has it all. Very close to boardwalk and beaches. Customer service at rental place was too notch as well. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I had a great time. The room was nice the closeness to the lifts was perfect. The fitness room was awesome. We ate at Drafts which is part of the resort twice and it was pretty good. All of the staff was super friendly. The drivers of the shuttle that took us to and from town each day were all very nice.

This was my grandson’s first trip to the beach. Eli is 5 and his brother is 4 Months old. We enjoyed stay at 701. We saw lots of dolphins and stingrays and other types of fish. We like staying here because it’s so close to the hangout. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks and God bless.

Husband and I stayed here for a month (and rented other properties at Stewart Cove for family during various weekends) and we absolutely love the area and the home. Beautifully decorated, great views of the lake, the dock was so nice and we had a wonderful time. Home was clean, beds are very comfortable, and the home had everything we needed for our extended stay
