I took my 5 kids and we had a blast. I am very picky on where I stay and this place was perfect. It was clean and just as we pictured. We did the falls the coast and fishing and it was right in the middle of it all. I loved the book they provided with eating ideas and other activities.

Great location and perfect amenities. We spent most of our time on the Beach or in Folly itself. But one afternoon and evening in Charleston. Uber to city was less than 20 bucks and super efficient. We loved it. Bob and NaN

This condo had a great view of the water,we especially enjoyed watching the dolphins. The furniture on the balcony was nice and comfortable. The location was great with Publix next door and the beach across the street.We would recommend this place to our friends.

Your place worked out perfect! I have family from Michigan come in to surprise our Mother for her 84th Birthday. The children enjoyed the pool and the games, and everyone enjoyed their stay in this beautiful house! Everybody said the beds are so comfortable. We will remember this place should we need a house in this area again.

We had a nice stay. We have stayed at the Phoenix before and we love all the area has to offer. We do have 2 complaints about 1215. The floor was not clean and the soiled recliner. The beautiful floor did not show dirt but the bottom of the kids feet sure did. We avoided sitting in the recliner. For our money we paid we we were disappointed.
