This single level, ranch style, open floor plan is the perfect location for any small group or family looking to stay in the heart of Oregon's Wine Country. The location is impeccable. Sitting less than a half mile from the George Fox campus and less than a mile from downtown Newberg, it is hard to find a better spot to enjoy your stay.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with the extensive open floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked for almost any culinary need. Upon entering, to the left you will find the bulk of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms includes a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. They share a full bath as well.

The other wing of the home boasts a substantial family room with additional seating. The fourth adjoining bedroom also has an amazing en-suite bathroom. Just off this bedroom and the family room is an enormous deck with an immense amount of seating for all that stay. The landscaped exterior and deck make for a perfect setting for your small group / family to enjoy the setting almost any time of the year.

Just beyond the deck lies the fifth bedroom. It is completely detached and private from the main house. While it doesn't have any other amenities, it is a great space for any part of the group that may want separation for privacy or noise.

College Park Retreat is a rare find for sure. Whether you are staying for an event at George Fox or adventuring around wine country, your stay with us will be one to remember. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring in the interior of the house.

NOTE: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Please be aware failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

** There is NO smoking on this property. This includes the deck or anywhere outside on the property. * * Three cameras have been placed around the property, one camera is located at the front door, one on the back deck and one on the side yard outside of the garage.**
