The very best thing about this condo is the location. It is walkable to virtually all of Old Naples – the beach (less than 20 minutes), 5th Avenue, 3rd Street, Cambier Park, Tin City – and there must be 40+ restaurants within a 10-minute walk. My husband and I loved being where we could walk to almost everything. There’s a nice Publix supermarket less than 10 minutes away by car. And be sure to visit Wynn’s Market as well – even closer and terrific food options. For sightseeing and traveling, the location also works well – Routes 75 and 41 are each less than 15 minutes away and Marco Island is a 20-minute drive. The interior of the condo unit is very nice and the website photos are an accurate presentation of the space. Because it is an end unit, it has nice light. The kitchen is more than adequate for cooking, and it is well supplied with utensils and dishware. The living space is open with comfortable seating. The furnishings are attractive and good quality. The bedrooms are nice; the master is larger than the second bedroom. The baths are not large but adequate; water pressure is excellent. The smaller bath has a very nice walk-in shower. There is no clothes closet in the smaller bedroom but there is ample dresser space. The master closet is fantastic – lots of hanging and shelf space for clothing, shoes, and storage. The large screen TV was great, and there are flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well. (A channel guide would have been helpful.) The air conditioning worked very well. Our only real criticism of the space was that there is too much “tchotchkes” around; the décor is attractive but we’d have preferred less of it on tables and shelves. We just put much of it in the closet during our stay. The exterior of the complex shows its age and appears battered. But the interior pool courtyard is lovely and private. The pool sparkles and is large, new, warm, and barely used. There is perimeter seating and tables; another umbrella or two would be nice but the pool gets relatively little use so it wasn’t an issue. We thought that the absence of a washer and dryer inside the unit would be a hassle, but we just brought our laundry down when we swam, and it worked very well. We never had a problem gaining access to the machines. (In order to be economical, the dryers are hot – take care with any delicate clothing.) Finally, our contact, Tammy, was immediately responsive from the day we reserved the condo right through our departure. We appreciated her attentive approach and helpful attitude very much.

Tammy is a warm, friendly and helpful human being! She greeted me upon arrival with a friendly smile and has responded to my texts, however silly, promptly. I love the location...so walkable to everything! I do not have a car but have been able to walk and explore Tin City,, Bayfront, Naples City Dock and 5th Ave.. I have enjoyed fine dining and casual fare at nearby restaurants as well as noisy but fun bars in Tin City. Everyone is so friendly and helpful! The newly renovated condo is beautifully decorated, Roomy and well laid out for a single person or family. It is done in Tommy Bahama style with many interesting books, magazines, knick knacks, pictures and furnishings. Tammy has wonderful taste. Most of all, I feel safe by myself. Just need to find a grocery store that delivers for a few things to have on hand. Not sure about the bottles of wine but they would be a nice touch as a hostess gift!
