It was a gorgeous place. The unit is modern and well equipped. Very cozy and the pool and jacuzzi area is very nice!! Location is amazing just an across the street from the Grocery Store. We will stay again !!!

The condo is just as advertised. No hidden "surprises". It was clean and well maintained. We were there for an extended stay, and never had any issues. Beds are comfortable and everything worked properly. I wish the tvs were set for personal account streaming, but the DISH satellite service worked fine. We had a great stay.

This was our 3rd time staying in the same property! The itrip team has made each visit feel like home, they are very accommodating & attentive! The unit is very clean and well maintained! We did use the suggested Explorie company to plan 2 adventures- 1-Kayaking so fun exploring the bay and we saw Manatee ! 2- Morning Dolphin boat tour, so fun , saw dolphin!

The house is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of room for a family. The house was extremely clean. Grant was super easy to work with and he answered all our questions promptly. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to renting this home again in the near future.

The house we rented was great as far as the amount of space. 5 bathrooms, private pool, oceanfront etc but we had several issues to report during our stay. Some were resolved. There is a major issue with ants. There was an abundance of supplies of towels and wash clothes. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall our family enjoyed the accomodations.
