This was a nice condo that was equipped with all the essentials. The only negative was the beach erosion made it so you could not access the beach from the condo due to the resort closing the access. I would like to see some cooperation between the other resorts next door to allow some gate access from the Royal Kahana to get to the beach. It was however a beautiful week.

Our stay in Breckenridge was fabulous! We loved the condo. It was big and roomy and had everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again. We loved having the outdoor hot tub and used the fireplace in the living room in the mornings.

Great LOCATION

Just finished a week at unit 166. LOVELY unit - stayed with my 3 boys and had a fantastic time! Perfect location and Napili Shores is amazing! Unit is well equipped with everything you need for you and your family! Only thing I would add - is maybe a TV in the bedroom. After a long day in the sun and kiddos' are in the living room sleeping hard to watch TV. WILL BE BACK!!

Loved our long weekend here! Super clean, spacious and so close to the beach! The porch and pool was a fabulous bonus! Only concern is the railing for the stairs is rotted through in multiple places-it needs to be replaced ASAP. Other than that, it was perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather. Nicely renovated home with a great kitchen for our foodie family members. The beach is just a few steps down the street and there were not a lot of people about. It was very nice sitting out in the fenced back yard listening to the ocean and the birds.
