We had a great stay for a wedding in Evergreen. It was about 15 minutes to Evergreen Lakehouse. The road up to the house is narrow and steep, but it was fine in the Summer months. We enjoyed the hot tub! The shower for the master room is difficult! Hard to keep on good temperature.

Our family enjoyed a week long vacation in this condo. We really enjoyed it tremendously!!! The condo is decorated beautifully and has very comfortable beds. The adminites at Shoalwater are great. There is something for everyone of all ages to enjoy! We played tennis, volleyball, swam, dolphin watched, shopped, and really enjoyed the beach!!! We highly recommend this condo!

This place is great very clean and has everything that u would need has great views from front and back doors the lock on front door make me feel safe when leaving personal item in room will be booking owner stay here next year the email and communication is great have not had any issues with getting a response thanks for the experience of Pensacola fort Pickens

We loved the place. The unit was well outfitted and clean. We loved the balcony overlooking the Sea. We loved the quick access to the beach. We loved the white sand and beautiful views. The bathtub in the main bedroom may need the drain unclogged…it drained very slowly, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. We’ll be back. Thanks.

Bright and sunny. Best ski-in ski-out on the mountain. Gondola square is walkable or prompt iTrip shuttle service. Very comfortable bed, sheets and towels. We didn't cook much but all the necessary accoutrements were there.
