We found our condo to be an awesome place to stay for our time in and around Gatlinburg. The accommodations were great. The instructions to get into the condo were very clear. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it was plenty of room. We would definitely stay there on return trips.

We had a great stay in St. Pete at Gulf Winds! Great location with beach across the street of the unit! iTrip customer service was phenomenal too! They were so helpful for us when one of our guests had to have their ID expressed mailed!

Ocean Sands is a beautiful place to vacation. Condo is lovely with a gorgeous view. Nice kitchen but is lacking in cookware and could use some quality pieces. Was grateful to receive a dvd player the next day after inquiring about one when I noticed the condo did not have one.

Great location and good set-up. Very much like the spiral staircase to the pool area. Furniture comfortable if dated and somewhat worn. Some problems with bugs in the kitchen and mice droppings. Wall paper torn in second bedroom. Good price for monthly rental, and would gladly do it again next year.

Our experience with renting a condo was easy and so perfect for our needs. We were able to get our family together and enjoy an entire week in Florida.
