The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo contains stylish ALL NEW furnishings as of October 2019 and includes cable, high-speed internet & laundry in the unit, and is literally within blocks of some of the most popular restaurants on the island (Sami's Pizza, Joey's Pizza, Doreen's Cup of Joe, etc)., shopping, spa and Marco's famed white sand beaches. The unit also boasts a private, western-facing balcony that offers a great view of the dazzling Marco sunsets.

* There is no pool or fitness center but you can get short-term passes at the YMCA for a fee to access its facilities, including a gym and outdoor pool. For those booking for at least one month, you can get a Residents’ Beach pass (no pool) and can park in the lot. Residents’ Beach has a playground, charcoal grills and a great cafe and restaurant. Note that the condo fronts Collier Blvd, which is the main thoroughfare in Marco, and a parking lot for a businesses on the ground level of the building, including the office of a construction company. In general, Marco streets are quiet from 10pm-7am. To ensure the comfort of our guests, the condo is equipped with a white noise machine and ear plugs are provided.

This unit is impeccably clean, super well equipped with anything and everything one may need, comfortable throughout (especially the bed) and thoughtfully decorated. We felt immediately at home when we arrived (the welcome basket and all the info and wine ❤️, the shopping cart, etc. was much appreciated) and were really surprised just how much the owners had left for us to enjoy. Literally every detail was accounted for and we would recommend this listing to anyone anywhere coming to visit Marco Island. The amenities were abundant...Our fur baby was extremely comfortable, the balcony was lovely, the kitchen was fun to cook in and the location is perfect for going to the beach or local restaurants. Sami’s next door was really nice, especially with the live music they play. All in, a fabulous rental experience that sets the bar very high for those in the future. In all honesty the time in this space was our favorite part about the visit! Thank you very much to the owners for sharing their space. We’ve been on the road working from home for last year because of covid and this rental was just what we needed when visiting Marco Island to de-stress for a moment

The vacation to Marco Island was great. It was only a 3 day getaway, but the Island is wonderful. It has the cleanest beaches I have seen in a long time. The unit was excellent and well maintained. Everything you need for your vacation is available at the unit. Would definitely use this unit again.

Given its proximity to the beach, we made sure it has all the necessary beach gear - cooler, towels, umbrella, 4 chairs and a beach cart. Speaking of the beach, thank you for pointing out how clean the Marco Island beaches are! They are raked regularly and with the recent replenishment project completed, the beaches are plenty wide for practicing social distancing. Thank you for booking with us and for the great review! We absolutely loved this condo! It had everything we needed, was extremely clean, and beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything! It is on a busy street however with the white noise machine in the master we didn’t even notice it. We had an accommodation request and Mark was great to work with. We would definitely book here again and recommend to our friends.
