This is a nice condo right on the beach. It has great views and comes stocked with everything you could need. The water pressure is a bit low and we had spotty internet but those were our only issues. I would stay there again.

Our rental house was exactly as described. We were a family of 10 and had plenty of space throughout. Location was great! 3 blocks from beach and a few blocks from the Avenue. Walking distance to everything. House was clean and orderly just as expected. Pretty back yard patio and very comfy screened in back porch.

overall plesant experience. However, although the website states NO ELEVATOR, there are also no ramps just stairs making it difficult to move in and out. There were no instructions for the TV's with 3 different remotes from different providers on all 3 TV's. No local channels. No tables , just bar stools for dining. Over all Plesant experience with great view of Sunrise

We enjoyed our stay and unit was beautiful and kitchen well equipped. The only negative was that this is a 2nd floor unit so there were a lot of steps to haul luggage. We managed but if someone had a disability maneuvering the steps would be a challenge. If you are healthy though, highly recommend this rental.

This was a great vacation! We stayed here for a week with 6 guests. We had 2 bathrooms & bedrooms as well as a sofa bed and a blow up mattress. We loved this condo, it was amazing and had everything that we needed. The beach was also great! We used the pools which were really nice as well as the grill. Would highly recommend!
