Mermaid Cottage is a warm, spacious, clean home that made our stay very enjoyable. The area is transitional, but very quiet and convenient. We never felt unsafe. The owners were very accomodating to our reservation adjustment request and we are very appreciative. We were very happy with our stay.

Excellent place, great location, & speedy responses from host. Only downfall we found was there is only 1 parking spot and for a 3 bedroom condo, there should be one more spot. The hosts were great and let us stay at their office but if that option isn’t available it’s $500 a week to park

The place had amazing views of the city from the living room. We stayed with a group of ten guys for three nights for a golf event weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us. Only thing I would have like to seen on the property was a hot tub and a normal size ping pong table.

Our time at the Hamilton House was awesome. Was excactly what we saw on yhe internet when we booked it. The condo was well equip in the kitchen even had beach chairs and beach toys for our grandkids. We had a fabulous time.

Loved how clean it is! Decorated very nice and not too cluttered. Very comfortable. Convenient parking. The privacy is awesome and it has a local feel to it. It was so nice to have a light on for when we got "home".
