Decks and view surpassed our dreams. Loved the private bathroom off the second bedroom. Beach wasn't too crowded- just enough to be interesting. Love the family's collection of beach art, and the tikki bar was a delight for outdoor dining. Owner and agent were super accommodating of our needs. We will return!

House is great. Nice blend of new (appliances, living areas, etc) with some classic furniture and bathroom styles. Location is great and close to the main road with shopping, restaurants, etc. Views are incredible and patio with awning is someplace you cloudless sit for hours. Stopped up drain was fixed as quickly as was reasonably possible. I would highly recommend.

We loved this property! We were in town for a baby shower in Newburyport and needed a place to stay for the weekend; this place was perfect. The penthouse was very cute and clean and less than a 15 minute drive from downtown Newburyport - very convenient! We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and the beautiful sunset views in the evening. Would definitely recommend

Chair missing from table on balcony. Stucco falling off above balcony railing and seal leaking on dishwasher door. Have been here for past 3 years and enjoyed it every time. Unit is otherwise clean with great views. Other than some attention to above minor details was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s located in the center of the island so it was a short walk to the beach and short golf cart ride to anywhere on the island. Would definitely stay here again.
