PGA West golf trip

This is our 6th year renting a home on one of the PGA West golf courses for a six day golf trip. This home was very clean. The home has been recently remodeled so you don’t see any parts of the house that are run down. The home has four en-suites so it was perfect for four golfers to have their own space. I stayed in the casita and enjoyed the cleanliness and quietness. For me the biggest difference in comparing the homes we’ve rented in the past was the furniture. Due to the homes being rentals sometimes the previous homes furniture was dirty, stained, and worn. Not in this home the furniture was clean and looked new. The pool table is not only very nice but offers everything you need in pool cues, pool bridge, short pool cue, and chalk to enjoy many games. We had a 75 inch tv in pool room and also one in the family room, to enjoy golf and football and there’s tv’s in every room with a 60 in the Master. The backyard was perfect for us from the new pool with hot tub and a blue tooth controller with instructions to operate to the large side yard where we enjoyed games of corn hole. Finally all are needs were taking care of by Elizabeth and Rozet who made sure we had everything we needed for a successful vacation. My only complaint has nothing to do with the rental home but with the noise ordinance in La Quinta. During the day to not be able to talk loud in backyard especially while swimming or playing corn hole is a little much! But other than that we highly recommend this home!

Every summer our group of 8 does a couples trip. The last handful of years we've stayed in homes instead of hotels. The house did not disappoint. Plenty of room for us, great views, pool was amazing, had lots of fun and made great memories. FYI for future guests: A/C must be set to 76 or will "freeze", according to instructions. Makes for warm nights while sleeping since it was in the heat of summer. Misters were installed but on/off switch was locked. When I inquired, we were told instructions were in welcome book but no instructions were found so we went without.

I've been renting houses in the La Quinta area for a long time, and this one was one of our favorites! It provides ample room for four people, great views, and a resort style backyard. Our host was very gracious and quick thinking. We needed a pool net to skim the leaves out of the water, but we couldn't find it. After searching everywhere, I emailed our host and she recommended to look in a certain area. Well, it wasn't there. We were in a hurry to leave the house to go play golf, so we figured we would take care of it after we got back. After arriving back at the house we went into the back yard and saw the pool was totally spotless. Our host had called a pool cleaner while we were gone. It was completely unexpected and it was highly appreciated.

Beautiful Home with a view!!!

This home was perfect in every way. From using the bar, to the pool table, to chilling outside with the golf buddies talking about the round of golf played earlier in the day, this home has it all. Also, the view from the backyard over looking the fairway then the mountain in the background while the sun is setting is awesome! I will definitely be back next year. First impressions are lasting!

Now I see why this home gets so many 5 Star reviews! It all starts when you first open the front door and and you're greeted by an amazing view right out the back from 3 large windows with a beautiful patio setup, swimming pool and overlooking a double fairway perched high above. But first you walk through this awesome living room with a high end Brunswick Pool Table, wet bar, accommodating seating around a large big screen TV. The layout of this home for 4 couples was perfect, so much room to spread out with another whole separate family room away from the living room and another large window looking out over the golf course and fire pit. Every bed was super comfortable, every bedroom has a large TV, place was super clean and more fully equipped than any vacation rental I've ever been in. This is a must go to rental and we'll be back!

Perfect for a great getaway!

Despite pulling up to the house with a burnt up Transmission on my truck, the house cured my blues and we had a fabulous vacation all because of this fabulous home. The condition of the home is spotless and impeccably maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped for making meals, the large outdoor grill supports the size of the house perfectly and the pool and jacuzzi are perfect after a round of golf. It was super to have a pool table to play on and there were plenty of games available too... The croquet set was a great way to spend a few sunset hours goofing off in the large grassy yard. Most importantly the beds were super comfortable! We can’t wait to come back again! i manage a stable of vacation rentals in Huntington Beach and can honestly say this is a FIVE STAR RENTAL!!! We had an amazing time at this house.

Our stay in Palm Springs (La Quinta) could not have been better! The house was very clean and well cared for. The landscaping was in really great shape. Nothing was over/under watered. The courtyard area had enormous beaucarnea plants like you would see at the Huntington Gardens. Next to the garage was an actual Grapefruit tree with ripe Grapefruit on it. The view from the back patio of the Santa Rosa mountains was incredible. The hot tub was hot and the pool was perfectly warm. Someone in our party swam in it every day during our stay. The golf course had luscious green grass on it and was very well maintained. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the towels in the house and the comfort level of the beds. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 to spread out. The neighbors were quiet and we woke up to song birds in the morning. The only minor criticism was that the oven made a strange sound but worked perfectly and the refrigerator wouldn't dispense ice and let our ice cream partially melt on 2 days but then froze great the other days. Those may need to be replaced at some point. The barbeque was gas and it looked brand new as if no one had ever used it. We liked the fact that this house allowed dogs but unfortunately we couldn't bring ours because of recent airline rule changes. Overall this had to be one of our best rental experiences and we have stayed just about everywhere from Jackson Hole, to Sun Valley to Sunriver OR to Maui and the Big Island.

Great for Family Time

The layout, amenities and location of this property were fantastic for our family of 6. It is a great property for family time. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and bags in the side yard. The pictures do accurately represent the property and yet we found it to be somewhat dated and lacking of ambient lighting (lamps) and cozy seating on patio. Rozet was very responsive and accommodating with our questions and concerns. The view is amazing and the position on the golf course is very well situated.

My family and I stayed at this property for 15 nights. The home's layout and location were ideal for us. The home had plenty of space for everyone to participate in Zoom calls for school and work. And yet the home felt very cozy. We did have an issue with the washing machine thought that got resolved very quickly. Rozet, the property manager, was easy to work with and very responsive. We hope to be back.

Spacious, Luxury home with plenty of amenities

What a breathtaking home. We needed a quick getaway from all the craziness. This place did not disappoint. Plenty of room for two family’s. (10 people) Misters by the patio were key. Loved bbqing in the evenings, floating in the pool, making s’mores at the fire pit. So much to do no need to leave. We will definitely rent this place in the future.

This property was amazing! Everything was extremely clean and very well maintained- There were plenty of household and kitchen supplies. This home was ideal for a large family plus guests. The home was also stocked with a number of games and a pool table. The location was ideal with beautiful views. We will definitely be booking this home again and sharing it with family and friends.

Beautiful home & views, would highly recommend. Easy access, easy checkin. Plenty of beds, and we had 11 in our party. Our only criticism is there were no instructions on how to turn on the spa (which we were looking forward to using) or the pool filter. Other than that it was wonderful!

The house was very nice. Enjoyed the weather, the pool/spa, walking, playing games provided (pool table, corn hole, cards). The 3 separate thermostats was helpful and easy to work. The outside furniture was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed the firepit. There were many rentals available, but we really liked the location because how the hill slopes down to the golf course sand traps, then up slope to the course, we were able to enjoy the views and watch golfers without having them right next to us. The types of pans don't conduct heat well so it takes a very long time to boil water. As a Thanksgiving venue it would be nice to have a Turkey roasting pan with a V-rack. Wi-Fi was off and on which was frustrating for some work that had to be done. Overall it was easy in and out. Thanks!
