It was as advertised on line.It met our expectations and we enjoyed our selves very much. There was a problem with the Thermostat but it was solved and we were compensated for the lack of of heat while the problem was fixed.

We stayed at this condo for 12 days in early March and loved the location in La Quinta. Close to Old Town and the restaurants on Hwy 111. The kitchen was well stocked although the cutlery did leave a bit to be desired. The bed in the Master Bedroom was very comfortable and the room itself was enjoyable. The furnishings in the living room and dining room were great. Our one minor disappointment was that both bathrooms are starting to appear tired, the tile in the second one was becoming discoloured and the tub in the master was stained. Perhaps a remodel of both would be great. The patio is in shade for the majority of the time, so on a hot day that was welcomed.

Hot water problem had to call the plumber. Had a garage door problem had to call garage door company .Outside lights had to be replacedThe 3 Fry pans were unacceptable. The barbecue had to have some work done on it .

The condo had a beautiful view of the golf course the lake sounded bye manny palm trees… very roomy bedrooms and a den TVs and all of the rooms and very well appointed. When we first arrived we did have some problems 1. Plumber had to be called ….. for hot water. 2. The garage door did not work properly had to call to have it repaired. 3. Front door on the... outside light and to be repaired. 4. Barbecue grill had to have service. 5. Three frying pan’s in the condo we’re not usable.

Home was as described and good for relaxing. Close access to La Quinta Centre for shops/food/etc. No problems and enjoyed our stay. Lots of 'extras' e.g. Shampoo, condiments etc which were useful. A few small things would improve it: Better quality bed linen Less roaches (although all dead/dying - still gross) Quieter neighbours (thankfully only there 2 days but v v loud!) More local info e.g. Supermarket, map of area etc.
