Our extended family of nine stayed at 4586 Bella Vida for a week, Oct 22-28. What a wonderful property! We appreciated how well built the home is, the acoustics made for easy napping for our grandchildren, ages 3 and 6. They spent many hours swimming in the private pool. The beds were super comfortable and we felt at home during our entire stay! We were impressed with the customer service from iTrip, they were always prompt to answer our questions, especially Matt and Barbara. Close to all attractions and we went over to Cocoa Beach for the day as well. I highly recommend this property! Thanks for a wonderful vacation. We'll be back! Nancy K.

As with any guests, our goal is to provide a quality stay. Upon receiving notice of internet issues, we contacted the guests whom stated that the service was sporadic at best. Another team member was contacted that handles the majority of the internet issues who then in turn reached out to the guests regarding the matter. During that call, it was shared by the guests, that the internet service worked but all of their devices couldn't connect. The service provider, Summit was then contacted. Summit stated the service was fully operational, they sent a signal to the modem which was online. Summit offered to set an appointment for the following Monday, which the guests balked at, but as an alternative, they suggested a stronger router for the home. It was arranged to have a higher speed router installed in the home. This was done on Sunday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. We are not internet or IT technicians; we leave that to the experts to direct us what needs done, which is what we have done in this situation. We were told by Summit that there must be extremely large files, along with the mentioned PlayStation gaming and other devices in the home that were slowing it down. The internet provided at this home is part of the HOA package and cannot be individually upgraded by each home however the new router would help. Until yesterday, we have not heard anything about any other issues in this home, only the internet. The quarterly pest control service was just performed on June 27th; we have also sent pest control back to the house today, Sunday, to ensure there were no issues. There were no previous reports of faucet handles, spotted carpets, etc. However, should there have been we would have addressed those as immediately as we attended to the continual internet issue. The home owner was the last guest in the home 3 days prior to this guest’s arrival. Should the home owner have experienced any of these issues, they would have reported them to us. There have not been any negative guest reviews on this home either. We regret that the guests have encountered any inconveniences; every effort, within our control, has been made to correct the items reported to us. Thank you.
