It was a great location, easy private access to the beach. Perfect for kids! We could walk to beach after breakfast and then back up to condo for lunch. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!! :)

#5, 16 Center Street is 1/2 block from the shops and resteraunts, and 2 blocks from the beach. Once in the lot, if you don't wish, you never have to get in the car again. Clean, Comfortable, and Affordable.. A real gem tucked away above the shops. Dave Rocky made sure we were in and comfortable. For a small family (4 or 5) that wants to be a part of all Folly has to offer - THIS is the place!

We had a blast when we went to the beach! I love that this condo is right on the water and close to sea n suds restaurant. Everything was very clean and we will definitely stay here again! Great family weekend!

It has everything - nice leather sectional, big dining table, wagon, chairs, sand buckets, thick towels, soft sheets. It looks completely redone inside with a stylish ”beach” theme. The location is an easy 5-7 min walk to the beach with the balcony overlooking a small boat marina. We are so totally Impressed!! I would rent this condo again in an instant. Wonderful experience.

We had a great weekend at The Lookout. Home was clean, location was unbeatable, and iTrip was great - they were quick to respond to our questions, left us a very nice welcome gift, and offered us a late check-out. The home was just as described in the listing, and we had everything we needed for our weekend at the lake. Can't wait for our next staycation
