The house is cute. Good location because it’s right across the street from the beach. Had to ask permission to go across private property for easier excess but it was fine. The only problem I had with the house is that some of the locks didn’t really work. I know the two bathrooms door locks weren’t working because I walked in on a family member.

SeasideTherapy location can’t be beat! In our case we golfed and never had to get in the car for island activities. Golf club is across the parking lot. Pelican’s Nest seaside restaurant is right across the street. Unit was clean and functional. Plenty of room for two couples. The wrap around screened on porch had the best views of any location I’ve ever stayed in. We will be back.

The home on Eva Street was not only in an excellent location, but it had everything you want in an Austin rental. Plenty of space, well appointed, clean, master bedrooms with adjoining bedrooms, and the funky Austin vibe that can’t be beat. I look forward to booking this place again as soon as the next adventure comes in to view. Thanks for a great place!

The view and location to the beach from this place is great. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The activities that were included were great and such a good deal. There was an odor(cat litter or dog), but we got some air fresheners and it was fine.
