This was our second stay at Port Holiday #4 and we have next year already booked. The beach is just steps away. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves and watch the sun set. There are over 6 restaurants within walking distance and CVS if you forgot anything. 2 beds and a pull out couch are perfect for our family. Can't say enough good things! We love it. **This pic is from the balcony.

Most our stay, including the accommodations, was just fine. The decor is tasteful and living area and kitchen were very comfortable. The view cannot be beat. When we arrived, it was spotless and smelled clean. However, a few suggestions for the managers that would move this unit from being OK to outstanding: Update the linens and towels. These were scratchy, and seemed cheap. Provide beach towels. It’s nearly unheard of to have to provide your own for beachfront rentals. Throw out the tradional coffee pot..it’s stained, and the burner plate is corroded which makes it unsafe and scalds the coffee. The Keurig is perfect, and should be noted in your description. Provide basics such as salt and pepper, and bigger coffee mugs. Leave extra trashbags, and dish detergent to hand wash dishes. Make sure you have the unit sprayed soon. There were 2 palmetto bugs that we saw. Overall, things were fine and we enjoyed our stay.

This is the second year staying in this unit and we already have next year booked. We saw dolphins the exact moment we opened the sliding doors. It is quiet and relaxing. Just walk down the back stairs and you are on the beach. Walk out the front and you can walk to 6 or 7 restaurants. CVS is a block away. 2 beds, pull out couch and 1.5 bath perfect for our family. Kitchen is awesome and electric grill which we used. Cannot say enough great things. It is PERFECT!

The most disappointing arrival at a vacation spot ever. Unless you have a walk-through before money changes hands, DO NOT expect what the photos show. If we are not compensated for the condition of the building and poor sleeping accommodations, we will have to take further steps with legal counsel. Be forewarned

Let me start by saying that I am a MAJOR sucker for the beach, ocean, and all things marine. So, when I go on vacation for the year, the majority of my time spent, is either watching for wildlife in the water, either from the balcony, or the shore. With that being said, this is a very busy beach. I thought by renting south of Clearwater, that the population of beach goers wouldnt be too bad, but it was. Even so, to the point that we would travel another mile down the road to the condo my mom was staying in, to go to the beach for the day. With the beach being so busy, there isnt much marine life. The dolphins were few and far between due to the heavily populated area. The condo was decorated perfectly, and the decor and furniture were perfect. The balconies sit on top of each other, so when you go outside, you dont have privacy at all. There was an abundance of towels (for showers) for us to use, and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The updated appliances were The condo is within walking distance from restaurants, which is highly convenient, and the diverse choices of restaurants were nice choose from. For me, the lack of privacy and the busy beach was a let down for me, so unfortunately, I wont be back to this area for vacation.

We had a wonderful time staying at port holiday #4. First of all, everything inside is updated and decorated very nice. The little touches just make it stand out from other rental we’ve stayed at. There’s plenty of space and the furniture is very comfortable, it’s all lazy boy. Any problems that we did have quickly addressed by the property managers. I can’t say enough good things about this and will definitely be returning many many times. Make sure you bring bug spray because if you like to watch the sunset on the Balcony or have your coffee in the morning out there like I did every day, you will be eaten alive by mosquitoes. As soon as I figured it out I started using bug spray and never had a problem again. There is nothing more amazing than sitting out there in the morning and watching the dolphins (we saw dolphins every single day, multiple times each day) while drinking your coffee, or having a margarita at sunset. Absolutely amazing. The other upstairs units have to go out there front door and around the building to get to the beach, but this unit has stairs from the balcony! It’s a tight squeeze between the stairs in the wall to use this way, but absolutely awesome and so convenient to have that! I let my seven-year-old go up there whenever she wanted to, because I could watch her practically the whole way. This adorable place is literally right on the beach so if one of us was up in the condo with the baby while she napped, we could still sit on the patio and even talk to the rest of the family who was down at the shore. I just can’t even tell you how cool it was to have that. Although we had our car, we took the beach trolley up to Clearwater because parking is always a nightmare up there. It was so fun to go shopping for the day and see sunset on Pier 60, when they have tons of performers and vendors selling their crafts. We only did that one day though because we just couldn’t get enough of Indian rocks Beach. There are so many good restaurants within walking distance of the condo, my favorite was probably JDs. Lighthouse donuts was great, and again all in walking distance. Directly across the street from the unit is the cutest little coffee shop in the world, Ready Set Yo. They have protein shakes, lots of organic and gluten-free items, but there espresso drinks were better than Starbucks. Definitely check them out. Speaking of Coffee, The unit has both a keurig machine and a traditional coffee pot, which I thought was really considerate and convenient. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the location and condition this place, you will make amazing memories and not be sorry if you book it.

This second story condo is located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach’s restaurants/bars, stores, ice cream parlor, water park, rental shops, and trolley stop. The unit was comfortable for my husband and I with our two adult daughters (19 & 23). However, the bedrooms are back to back, and you need to walk thru the first bedroom to get to the master bedroom. Not the best setup if renting with another couple. The condo was very clean, beds extremely comfortable, kitchen updated and fully stocked with things you need, and the bathrooms were neat. The view from the roomy covered balcony was amazing. We loved sitting around the table drinking our morning coffee and having sunset cocktails. The only issue was the loud music coming from the hotel pool area right next to the condo in the late afternoon/early evening The unit has stairs off of the side of the balcony for easy beach access. The condo had at least 6 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a large tube to float in the water. It was a very quiet week in the complex, so we did not hear any noises from the other units. We had a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. Looking forward to our next vacation in Indian Rocks Beach!

The pictures are exactly what you get! The condo is clean and very well stocked. After staying in several other condos in various beach towns across the country, this was definitely the best bang for your buck! The views are amazing and the proximity from the necessities make it wonderful. (CVS is literally across the street and few step to the left.) You are within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. We had a car and really only used it one night to drive to Clearwater but public transportation is readily available! My husband and I and our two kids (ages 6 and 17) were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even had some extra supplies if case you forgot or hadn't made it to the store yet. She sliding glass doors open on both sides and offer amazing views and openness with natural light! The balcony is the PERFECT spot for sunset viewing and photos! With it being a top condo the views were amazing. We saw dolphins in the mornings often. The outdoor space has a large table and plenty of chairs and space! The rooms are back to back which was okay with us since we like to be near our kids. The didn't see it in the photos but the unit actually has stairs off of the side of the balcony which made beach access SO EASY! The condo has maybe 7 beach chairs and an umbrella and toys and even floaties to lounge on in the water. The beach was nice and clean and really the only people us were the other families in the other units. We saw a family of manatees as well as the dolphins!! We stayed the week of the 4th of July so the celebrations were beautiful!! We did end up buying an EZ-up because it was really hot and the shade was needed! We would definitely stay here again. We throughly enjoyed our vacation!!
