Located next to Splash Water Park and the Holiday Inn Harbourside , the condo rental also includes 4 passes to the water park and access to the two restaurants, gift shops and other public amenities at the hotel. The master features a king bed and the second bedroom offers two queen beds, both with ensuite bathrooms and flat-screen tv’s. The modern living area features hardwood floors, a large flat-screen and comfy leather furniture, and the fully equipped open-concept kitchen comes with granite countertops. Dine indoors at the large dining table or enjoy an alfresco meal on the large balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Cable, Wi-Fi and your own washer/dryer are included. Very good location close to the beach and restaurants. Clean condo with awesome view and inside a waterpark. I will go back.

We just got home today from a 5 night stay in the condo. It was great, clean and in a great location to access lots of great restaurants. Halfway between Johns Pass and Clearwater the beach access was just 2 blocks! It was nice having the waterpark passes, we used them almost everyday and having the after hours pool access was great. The Kids (9 y/o twins - boy and girl) LOVED it, Only issue was finding a parking place in the garage on the weekend as local beach goers parked there and the condos were full but it wasn’t too big a deal because the management offices let us park in their lot so it worked out. Check in procedures were easy to follow and everything was exactly as stated and items were exactly as noted. Oh, the key attached to the turtle (with the extra condo key and wAterpark passes) is for the trash closet - I assumed and was right. Felt safe And we liked being able to walk everywhere or take a 10 minute drive to Clearwater or Johns Pass. This is a definite great pick for anyone looking for an awesome place to same in the areA.
