Welcome to our charming home, affectionally named “Bonanza!” – where Old West meets luxury! Two spacious bedrooms, each w/ super comfy king beds. The bathroom features a large shower w/ two shower heads. Fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable living room.
Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private deck offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, having an at-home meal, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring. We also have a propane BBQ grill for your use.
Built in 1905, this private two-bedroom townhome has been lovingly cared for and updated. This beautiful rental is the private main floor of a converted Victorian home. (The upstairs “Owls Nest” has a separate private entrance, located on Colorado Blvd. Contact us if you would like to inquire about "Owls Nest" accommodations (sleeps 4 as well) and availability.)
This home is located in Idaho Springs, where gold was first discovered in CO in 1859. Downtown retains much of its old, wild west charm, honoring its rich mining heritage with carefully preserved museums and historic sites, including Argo Gold Mine and Mill. Miner Street, lined with fabulous local restaurants / breweries, locally-owned boutiques, and specialty shops. This home is located a block away from the Miner Street! Idaho Springs is a small town with big personality, including mine tours, rafting trips, zip lining, hiking, Indian Hot Springs, family parks and more…

PARKING:
There is a dedicated, free parking spot for Bonanza. It is located on the alley side of the home, which is where the entrance for Bonanza is located.
If you need additional parking options, there are some 3-hr free street parking spots available on Colorado Blvd in front of the home, on the church side of the street. They do not ticket from 7 pm to 8 am.
You may also obtain a temporary parking permit for "residential parking" located on the same side of the street the front of the Victorian home. To do so, please email [email protected] with:
- your name
- checkin / checkout dates
- license plate #
- state of issue for license plate
There is also paid parking available in the city’s public parking lots. Free overnight.
**HOUSE RULES:
Maximum occupancy: 4 - children must be counted in the max. occupancy unless they are under two (2) & are sleeping in a portable crib (not provided).
Tenant stated on Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years-old and acknowledges that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
No smoking in the home. / No pets. / No parties or events without prior written approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100 administrative fee. GUESTS THAT DO NOT CANCEL WITHIN THE 30-DAY TIME FRAME WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT. Travel Insurance is recommended, especially when traveling in the winter in CO.
