We’ve stayed at Bonanza previously and were happy to return. The property is comfortable and well located in Idaho Springs — for the price it is a good value. In fact, it is excellent if you are looking for something centrally located and plan to be out and about most of the day. One difference in our stay this time is Covid, which resulted in us wanting to use the kitchen more than previously (I don’t think we used the kitchen at all last time because we were eating out all the time). The kitchen is small and doesn’t have a hood above the stove for ventilation. There are only 2 pans and a pot for the cooktop and one oven pan — so you have to be flexible in what you choose to cook.

Perfect getaway for a girls weekend in Idaho Springs! Great location to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, quick drive to hot springs. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed, beds were big and comfy. Comfortable living room with plenty of seating and numerous channels on TV. Would recommend and return!

Bryan was amazing through all of the COVID-19 uncertainty! He was very flexible and made an already stressful situation much more bearable. Luckily we were able to drive in order to stay safe and keep our trip. It was so beyond needed! Such a gorgeous town and super clean home. Much needed getaway where we felt at home and safe.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonanza in Idaho Springs. We went skiing at Loveland and were able to walk to anywhere in town. We enjoyed the Hot Springs, stores and restaurants. Safeway was within walking distance. The two bedrooms both had large comfortable beds. It was nice to have a great spot to come home to.

I would highly recommend Bonanza to anyone staying in the Idaho Springs area. We visited CO for a weekend trip ( from Texas) of beginner Skiing/tubing at Echo Mountain just a short drive from Idaho Springs. This house provided exactly what my husband and I needed. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house fully stocked ( coffee, creamer, shampoo, soap Qtips etc) with comfortable beds. Safeway grocery store is within a mile to pick up anything you need for the weekend and there are so many cute shops and breweries within walking distance. I would recommend Westbound Down Brewery. I am not a beer drinker but there are so many options I decided to live a little and try a selection of local beers. Everyone in the town is so friendly. What a cute little town in the mountains. Thanks again to the hosts for making our trip a relaxing one and taking care of the property so well. It was clean with cute little sticky notes through out the house for helpful hints how to work the lights, TV etc. One very small recommendation is to add 1 sticky note in the master bedroom on instructions how to work that TV. That is my only comment. ( it could have been user error but I could not figure it out) LOL Again, 5 stars to Bonanza

My Grandchildren and great Grandchildren loved the home. They said it was very clean, adorable, and supplied with everything they needed. Also that it was in a great location for visiting everything in Idaho Springs. The only minor thing they said was that the bed in Master Bedroom squeaked quite a bit and wasn't as comfy as the one in the other room. They definitely agreed that it deserved 5 stars. Thank you for offering such a nice option for a home away from home.

Look no further, Bonanza is the perfect retreat and the perfect location. You are provided with your own private parking space in the back allowing you to leave your vehicle and walk through downtown Idaho Springs. We arrived very late at night and the property owners were so kind as to leave an extra light on for us. Every question was answered promptly and they couldn’t have have been more pleasant to work with. I look forward to staying at this property or another property of theirs again.

My friend and I stayed at Bonanza in Idaho Springs this past week. It was charming, clean, and everything we needed! In addition, downtown was around the corner and one block down!! I loved the fact that they gave us their contact number for any problems. When I couldn't find a unique replacement lightbulb, they came the very next day to install what we needed. The bedrooms are separated by the bath and living area, so we each had complete privacy. Might be good for two couples! Charming

My mother, 10-year old daughter and I were in Idaho Springs for a wedding, and we stayed at Bonanza. Perfect location, no problems, huge beds (which is really great when sleeping with a squirmy kid), games, movies, everything we needed. A nice back porch to sit on and a place to park. Best of all, Bonanza is within walking distance of the cute town. Had a great stay!

So cozy! So comfortable! So clean! All the amenities of home. This was our family’s first venture into CO and the Bonanza house really was the bow on top. Super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, the deck is the PERFECT spot for your morning coffee! The bathroom is big and clean and while it would’ve been handy to have a second one...this one served our purpose. I didn’t think I would do any laundry while on vacation but I ended up coming home with suitcases of clean clothes was right there so...might as-well! The location is PERFECT too. Just around the corner to shops and restaurants- the grocery store is just a bit further...we didn’t drive at all the first day! Which was nice after a 13 hr road trip LOL. We will be back!
