Welcome to our charming home, affectionally named “Bonanza!” – where Old West meets luxury! Two spacious bedrooms, each w/ super comfy king beds. The bathroom features a large shower w/ two shower heads. Fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and comfortable living room.

Don’t want to be inside? Perfect! The private deck offers an outdoor living space for drinking your morning coffee, having an at-home meal, or enjoying a glass of wine or local craft beer after a full day of exploring.

Built in 1905, this private two-bedroom townhome has been lovingly cared for and updated. This beautiful rental is the private main floor of a converted Victorian home. (The upstairs “Owls Nest” has a separate private entrance, located on Colorado Blvd. Contact us if you would like to inquire about "Owls Nest" accommodations (sleeps 4 as well) and availability.)

This home is located in Idaho Springs, where gold was first discovered in CO in 1859. Downtown retains much of its old, wild west charm, honoring its rich mining heritage with carefully preserved museums and historic sites, including Argo Gold Mine and Mill. Miner Street, lined with fabulous local restaurants / breweries, locally-owned boutiques, and specialty shops. This home is located a block away from the Miner Street! Idaho Springs is a small town with big personality, including mine tours, rafting trips, zip lining, hiking, Indian Hot Springs, family parks and more…

So cozy! So comfortable! So clean! All the amenities of home. This was our family’s first venture into CO and the Bonanza house really was the bow on top. Super comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, the deck is the PERFECT spot for your morning coffee! The bathroom is big and clean and while it would’ve been handy to have a second one...this one served our purpose. I didn’t think I would do any laundry while on vacation but I ended up coming home with suitcases of clean clothes cause...it was right there so...might as-well! The location is PERFECT too. Just around the corner to shops and restaurants- the grocery store is just a bit further...we didn’t drive at all the first day! Which was nice after a 13 hr road trip LOL. We will be back!

My stay at Bonanza was awesome ! The location was great and we walked to all the shops and restaurants, the house had everything and was clean and very comfortable and inviting... we were checked on to make sure are expectations were met and were given some great advice on some places we might want to check out on our stay...... we took the advice and were not disappointed...... I would recommend them , and the Bonanza highly !!! Great place , great people and a wonderful experience!!!

The little house was perfect for our anniversary trip. Clean, comfy, just as pictured, well-stocked. And a block from main street (Miner St), and all the restaurants and shopping in town.

The house was very clean, everything was as in the description, no surprises. We literally walked out the back door and walk to all of the great night spots and in the morning for coffee and breakfast. We will most definitely rent this convenient nice house again!!!!

Bonanza is a charming, mountain retreat and from the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt at home. It had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. One of the best parts....its location! Just steps away from restaurants, bars, etc. We will definitely book Bananza again in the future.

I stayed at Bonanza for a month and was thoroughly satisfied. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The property managers Lottie and Bryan did an outstanding job taking care of me. They frequently checked in and made sure everything was all good. Being located 2 blocks from all the restaurants and breweries made it a perfect location. I highly recommend the bonanza.
