Charming Condo located in the Heart of Horseshoe Bay! The main floor has two bedrooms & two bathrooms, nice-sized living area, large kitchen with bar seating, washer & dryer (nobody likes going home with dirty clothes!). There is an upstairs loft that has two twin beds, perfect for smaller children. The living room offers high ceilings and a beautiful large stone fireplace (which is really more decorative than functional). Back patio is a great spot for grilling or enjoying a nice glass of wine at night and the perfect spot to enjoy that first cup of coffee each morning.

*Bedroom 3 = Upstairs Loft with 2 twin beds - a great spot for the kids! Stairs leading up to loft are narrow and steep so not suitable for people with mobility issues

*Nice back-patio sitting area with great view of the golf course
