Cozy, clean and convenient

Looking for a cozy, convenient and clean place to stay for a reasonable rate? C201 delivers that and way more….comfortable beds, nice linens, cozy fireplace, with a spectacular Mountain View. All this plus super convenient location to ski resort and restaurants. The 2 covered parking places were a big bonus as well. Great stay. We will be back.

Sunshine Daydream is a great rental! The house was clean and up to expectations. You can see/hear the ocean while sitting at the dinner table. the back yard is fenced in, which was a dream since we traveled with 3 dogs. the property manager was very helpful and responsive as well. overall the experience was great!

We stayed in this unit for a week with 7 people for the bluegrass festival. Great location with very easy, quick access to the gondola to town. Well maintained and equipped with quick response by management when we needed help with the gas fireplace (because it snowed twice in June!). Highly recommended this unit!

Overall our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were beautiful and picturesque. There was an issue with the faucet in the master bathroom, but we managed. My only suggestion would be to have more light in the bathrooms. They all seemed a little dark to me.

Up on arrival, checking in was like clockwork. Received the information in plenty of time prior to arrival. Our unit was clean and ready for us. All my correspondence beforehand was met with very friendly staff.
