This luxurious and spacious family home is beautifully finished and boasts all-things luxury throughout its 3,230 square foot interior! It features 4 large bedrooms, which that can sleep 10 people comfortably, 3.5 high-end bathrooms, a lavish chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and hand picked furnishings and décor throughout, which all make this property the perfect place to enjoy your vacation with family and friends. This huge home not only offers sweeping mountain vistas above one of Utah’s most popular reservoirs, the Jordanelle Reservoir, but also is also perfectly situated just minutes from the chair lift of the nation’s top-rated ski resort, Deer Valley Resort.

The living room and gourmet kitchen is the center of the home and is fully equipped with large leather furniture and sofa, stone mantle with gas fireplace, 50” HDTV, vaulted cathedral ceilings and stunning mountain views from surrounding windows. The home was spared no expense in providing you with everything you need to enjoy your own unforgettable vacation. Our open concept and comfortable home will provide you with all of the finest in furnishings and fixtures – allowing you and your family the opportunity to enjoy, relax and entertain!

The gourmet features a complete range of stainless steel appliances including high-end gas stove, dishwasher, French-door fridge, microwave and more. The hardwood cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. There is tons of counter space to prepare and entertain friends and family and the counters are also nicely finished in a light speckled granite stone. The kitchen also features a custom kitchen island, which further extends the prep and entertainment space and also has a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for three (3) people.

Just off the kitchen is the dining room with chandelier for lighting and dining table with seating for six (6). From the oversized windows all around the main floor, you will be able to enjoy the sweeping mountain views and situated just off of the living room is the large east-facing balcony.

The master bedroom (1) features a king size bed, 32” HDTV with cable, large armoire for storage, lounge chair and en suite bathroom. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a his and hers vanity with granite counters, beautiful hardwood cabinetry and tile and large walk-in shower.

The second bedroom (2) is a corner room and features a queen size bed with hardwood bed frame and dresser for storage. The second bathroom (2) features an extra long granite counter top with vanity, bronze finishes, bathtub and shower.

The third bedroom (3) features a queen size bed with beautiful hardwood bed frame, hardwood dresser and large oversized window with great views. The third bathroom (3) again features light granite countertops, a his and hers vanity, bathtub and shower.

The fourth bedroom (4) features two (2) twin beds with hardwood bed frames, comfortable linens and bedding and nightstand with lamp.

The downstairs walk-out basement has a large sofa with pull out sleeper sofa, HDTV, large desk and immediate access to your large Jacuzzi hot tub. The large Jacuzzi hot tub has comfortable seating for seven (7) people and offers great views of Jordanelle Reservoir.

The home also offers the following amenities: washing machine, clothes dryer, air conditioning, large Jacuzzi hot tub and large 2-car garage.

Loved the place but we were not thrilled that we had a list of things for maintenance to come fix. Maintenance did come promptly the next day and fixed everything on the list. We bought 9 volt batteries and put them in two smoke alarms to stop the buzzing so we could sleep the first night.

Great 7 night stay at this condo / townhome. Beautiful views in morning and evening, overlooking the reservoir. Living area and lower level not as spacious as we expected based on the pics, but the 4 bedrooms are good size and overall setup was fine for 2 adults and 5 kids. Lower level has sleeper sofa, bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath and was perfect set up for my 19 and 17 year old kids to camp out for the week (especially with the fantastic hot tub right out the back sliding door). Kitchen well equipped; overall condo in good condition. Snow was shoveled early each morning and trash bins were taken care of for us. Getting back and forth to Deer Valley / Park City was a little unpredictable based on traffic. Anywhere from 15-25 mins drive to Deer Valley base. But Jordanelle gondola is only 2 mins away and no crowds. Access to Heber City was easy. Just 10 mins down Hwy 40 for grocery, drugstores, and some decent carry out places. Number of beds / baths, hot tub, overall quality and cost of this condo more than made up for the off-mountain location. Might be even better in the summer.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The house was clean, very well stocked, and beautifully decorated. It also has wonderful views of the Jordanelle! The owners were friendly and very accommodating. The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to both Park City and Heber. Highly recommend this place, my family and I will be back for sure!
