Welcome to our beautiful 5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom mountain townhouse is located right near Park City’s largest lake, the Jordanelle Reservoir and is just 2-minute drive to the Jordanelle Express Gondola at Deer Valley Resort. With modern upgrades, comfortable bedrooms and endless amenities throughout, this 3,200 square foot home is perfect for families, weekend travelers, golf vacations and fun ski trips.

The main floor and the entire home is tastefully decorated with a western-mountain ski theme and comfortably furnished to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. As you enter the home, you will notice the front door foyer, opens up to a bright and open communal space that include the gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and family living room. The gourmet kitchen is really the center of the home and features a complete set of GE household appliances including stove, dishwasher, French-door fridge, microwave and more. The light oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware, enough to prepare a lavish 5-course meal. There is tons of counter space to prepare and serve friend & family and the counters are also nicely finished in a light brown speckled granite stone. The kitchen also features a standard kitchen island, which further extends the prep and entertainment space.

Just off the kitchen and leading to the family room is the formal dining room. The dining table offers formal seating for six (6) and beautiful wingback chairs for seating. From the oversized windows all around the main floor, you will be able to enjoy the sweeping mountain views of Deer Valley Resort and water view of the Jordanelle Reservoir. From the dining area, you can access our outdoor deck that has sunlight all day and offers up even better views. The living / family room features all the furnishings and technology you could want including a large leather couch, two deco solid accent chairs, fireplace and a 55” HDTV that features Direct TV services, a complete surround sound system with sub & many speakers and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. The home is also fully equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can remain social or work while visiting Park City. Tucked away off the kitchen is a full size laundry room with a washer, dryer and storage and it leads to your personal 2-car garage. The roomy private garage keeps your cars out of the snow in the winter months and cool in the hot Utah summer and also provides ample storage for all your ski and outdoor gear.

Also on the main floor is the first bedroom and master suite. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with comfortable linens and bedding, a beautiful hardwood bedroom set (bed frame, night stands), walk-in closet and armoire with drawer space and a Samsung 40” HDTV that also has Direct TV. The main floor bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and main area and features an oversized walk-in glass shower, a large vanity with granite counter tops, bronze finishes & fixtures and toilet.

Head upstairs to the second floor landing and you find a large plush chesterfield that also converts to a queen size bed to accommodate two (2) additional guests if necessary. Down the hallway is where three (3) other bedrooms are located.

The second master bedroom is large and open. It offers up a king size bed, high quality linens and bedding, hardwood bed-set, frame and night tables with lamps; arched ceilings, dark oak armoire with a Samsung 40” HDTV, Direct TV & additional storage space in the drawers. Also indulge in your private walk-in closet, complete with built in storage and tons of hanging space. The bedroom’s private bathroom is open and bright. It features a his and hers vanity, large granite counter top, large walk-in glass shower, soaker tub with jets and toilet.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, two large dressers / nightstands with built-in mirrors, large closet and built-in reading nook by the window. The fourth bedroom is equipped with a sleeper sofa, antique desk, large closet and a built-in reading nook by the window.

The two guest bedrooms upstairs share the third bathroom in the home. Equipped with all the features of the master bath – vanity with granite counters, bronze finishes and fixtures, toilet and a glass encased combination tub & shower.

All the way downstairs on the lower level is where you will find another bedroom, bathroom and a whole other living space / recreation area with kitchenette. The fifth bedroom is an inviting space and ideal for kids. It features two full size beds that can sleep two (2), large closet, and nightstand with lamp, dresser and a lounge chair. The downstairs bath has a large granite vanity, storage space, and a separate area with the toiler and large glass shower.

While entertaining friends and family upstairs, the walk out basement and rec room is a great place for kids to play and hang out downstairs. The living space features a large flat screen TV, kitchenette with small sink, cabinetry and dishwasher, three (3) large and plush sofas and two also convert to large queen size sleeper sofas.

Whatever season of the year, you'll find an abundance of recreational activities and renowned restaurants nearby in one of the most scenic areas of the country.

We will stay here again for sure. Very roomy with outstanding accommodations. Private with a great view of Jordanelle lake. A few minute drive to the lake which we throughly enjoyed. You can't go wrong choosing to stay here.

Still Water Crown Point at Deer Valley Jordanelle

The house at Still Water was very nice. Our family had plenty of room to sleep and to gather. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we encountered were some small ants near the sink in the kitchen. That is common in many homes. That being said, I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for accommodations in Park City. I also want to say that working with iTrip was a pleasure. I would definitely use their services again.
