Located in Gulf Shores, Island Tower #1202 is a beautifully decorated, spacious three bedroom that has everything you need to get into a relaxed mood: a view of the beach and the Gulf from the 12th floor, a deep breezy balcony that fronts on the beach and two bedrooms (including master) with glass wall/sliding doors to the balcony. Each spacious bedroom has its own bathroom, the master has a large shower stall separate from the jet-tub and a king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a standard/full bed. All rooms have ceiling fans, too!
When you first walk in, you'll remark how big the living spaces are! The fully appointed kitchen is open and spacious and is only separated from the living/dining area by a big granite bar with seating for four. The living room has a cozy sofa and loveseat that face the water. There are televisions and DVD players in every bedroom and the living room, which also has a stereo system.
The building has only 3 units on each floor so that you're not sharing everyone else's party. For play outside of the unit, there is a fenced playground with slides, etc., and two pools, (one horizon pool on the beach, the other is inside upstairs). The fitness room, complete with machines and weights, looks out onto the beach, too. Restaurants, groceries, a water park and spas are all within a 5 minute drive.

Thank you for your recent stay! So nice to hear the unit met the needs of your family. We can have the bar stools accessed to see possible if something can be done. Our island has tried several times to implement a firm program for recycling however with visitors it hasn't proven to be easy. Typically in the common areas around the elevators is where you will locate a site map for the grounds. We value your input and appreciate your feedback!
Thank you for your recent stay! I so appreciate you for notice the beauty of the unit. It is very specific in the rental agreement that is accepted at the time of booking; “There is no daily maid service. There is one towel per person for the amount the unit sleeps”. However a washer/dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience. Our inventory list requires containers for left overs, now that I know those items are needed I will make sure they are delivered. Housekeeping has been notified about the dust issue. Several of these items could have been eliminated for your stay, had we only known. We value your input and appreciate your feedback!
Thank you for your recent stay with us! The unit is certainly the perfect location! It is centrally located to some of the local island favorites. Housekeeping will be notified in terms of the cleanliness. The linens are typically the same thread count that is always used; however it could be time to evaluate for replacement. Sorry for the lay out of the bathroom as that is not something that I can change. The bath towels are in accordance with how many the unit will sleep. That is the convenience of the washer and dryer being in the unit. Wait times for the elevators can be a bit troublesome, especially if it is a busy time of the year. One thing for sure is the beaches are beautiful, pretty and white. The local municipalities take great pride in keeping our area clean and updated. We appreciate your input and value our guest!
