This unit has an open floor plan with a full kitchen for cooking your meals in. It also includes sleeping for 6 people with a QUEEN BED in the Master Bedroom, a QUEEN BED in Guest Bedroom and pull out SLEEPER SOFA. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the views from the balcony! You may even see some of the local wildlife, including black bears!

Conveniently located to Ober Gatlinburg (1.5 miles), downtown Gatlinburg (3 miles), and the National Park Entrance. You will find plenty of activities for the whole family! Hiking, shopping, miniature golf, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, and of course fine dining are awaiting you. Be sure to check out Pigeon Forge and Dollywood located only few miles away. Whether you curl up by the wood burning fireplace (with free unlimited wood provided), take in the sites around town, or just simply enjoy the most amazing year round views of the mountains, you will find yourself wanting to return to our beautiful condo time and time again!
*** Please be aware, this condo is located on the 2nd level of the building. There are stairs leading to the unit, however, there is no elevator access.

Thank you for the review! We apologize for the issues with the keypad and the light. If we had been made aware of this during your stay, we would have happily sent maintenance. Also, we do not advertise this unit as having a TV in the master bedroom, but apologize if there was any miscommunication on our end. We thank you for staying with us, and hope to host you again!

We apologize that you weren't 100% satisfied with your stay at our condo. We had just removed the lounge chair prior to your arrival ( it was damaged ) as we were replacing it with a new one. We also replaced the couch with a new sleeper sofa since your stay. We do hope that you will give us another try as this is a new unit and it was unexpected that we had to replace the chair just prior to your arrival. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay otherwise. The electrical outlets have been checked - some of them do run off of the light switches and that can be confusing. Thank you again and we do hope to be able to work with you again in the near future.
